This condo needs some major updating.

A few days before our vacation I received a call stating we couldn't use the master shower due to a leak. We could either get a refund or 2 nights free. Being it was only a few days before our vacation, I opted to just get 2 nights free. We managed ok all sharing one shower. I really thought the condo could have been a little cleaner, but my expectations are high. It was clean other than some hair here and there. There were a few repairs needed such as where the door closes and locks. It was very rusty. My main complaint is that the AC, which claimed to be running and at 70 degrees, was definitely not working well enough. It felt like 80 degrees in the condo all week. The bedrooms were very hot and stuffy. My toddler and I were sweating every night. We had multiple fans running in each room, no blinds open, lights off, nothing really made a drastic change. Our parents stayed below us and their AC was fine.

I do have a few things I would like to mention. Everyone I have talked to at itrip is friendly and nice customer service.
The condo was very nice and clean. Other than this, the condo needs more clothes hangers, a couple of night lights (master bathroom) and maybe the kitchen. The mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. Both sides felt like you were laying in a hole.
Everything was going so well the drive to our favorite vacation spot, the weather was great not to mention the ocean water was so beautiful. Then on Wednesday things changed. The tile shower in the master bedroom started leaking into the condo underneath us. This was a very inconvenience for us. We always rent a condo with 2 bathrooms for various reasons. We could not use this bathroom for the rest of our stay 3- days. Since we paid for this type of accommodation and didn't get the whole 7 days use of it We feel that we should be reimbursed 3 days rate. The only thing I received via text was I am sorry for the inconvenience, from Kathy.

Each year we try to spend a week at this west -end corner condo. The location never disappoints! Unobstructed views and beautiful sunsets. Condo is clean and well equipped. Removed from main road, but close to restaurants and shopping. Everything one can ask for in a relaxing stay at the beach. One suggestion- the bolt lock on the door is very tricky! I frequently have problems opening the door. Thankfully, a rep from I-Trip was at the property and helped me when I I arrived. Please consider replacing the lock. Planning to stay here again in the future.

We LOVE Pinnacle port. We came for the peace and solitude and this is the perfect place for that. Being on the second floor not only made the unloading and loading easy, we could sit on the comfortable balcony and enjoy the sound of the water and enjoy the sunsets. We hope this is not her last trip, but if it was this was the perfect place to stay. We saw a wedding, found beautiful shells, cooked some awesome meals and even watched some good games. Having 2 masters was perfect. The only negative is that the tv was not a smart tv so what we got to watch was limited. Other than that the condo was perfect

Location is excellent. We were in town for a soccer tournament. Quiet beach area and close to shopping and restaurants. Walk out the door and on to the beach. Great for all ages.

Our stay was wonderful the room is very well furnished to accommodate a family ! All the furniture is comfortable and feels like home Beautiful view of the beach towards 30A/ destin couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather we enjoyed everyday on the beach can’t wait to come back and will definitely be looking to booking this room again !! Btw the air conditioning did give a fit here and there but it was the whole building not just this room and if you just be patient it came back on and cools down pretty quick it wasn’t unbareable I was worried about the reviews pertaining to the air prob but it’s not that bad and not just that room

Love It Up is Lovely! This condo at the west end of Panama City Beach has it all- stunning sunsets, breath taking beaches, convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and well equipped. This was our fourth stay in this unit in as many years. And we will be back! However, The living room furniture and rug is getting a bit dingy after years of use. Maybe a deep cleaning or replacement would solve the problem. ITrip does a wonderful job as a booking agent. Information is received promptly. Help is always available. Great experience!

This is our third year at Pinaccle Port but first time staying in building C. We loved the location of the second floor condo on the end of the beach. The clean, beautifully decorated condo had everything that we needed for the week. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything about the location is amazing and beautiful. Rental is very nice. Master bedroom and bathroom are nicer than other bedroom, but the other bedroom is more than adequate. The kitchen and living area are spacious and comfortable. The unit is clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. We would definitely rent the unit again. We hated to leave.
The rental company was great to work with when we wanted to stay an extra night. They checked in with us when we arrived to see if we needed anything. Overall fantastic experience!

We’ve stayed at several different condos at pinnacle port, and this one was different. Had a great view, but things definitely need to be upgraded. We also had to wait to check in to our room because it was being cleaned, but there was sand everywhere, the kitchen hadn’t even been wiped down and there was still trash in the bathrooms. Not to mention the condom wrappers and food wrappers under the bed. The drains were clogged, and the coffee pot barely worked. The a/c couldn’t keep up and we stayed in September. Definitely needs some work.

This location was absolutely gorgeous. The bathrooms were nice and clean (what I always look for). It looks just like the pictures. The beach was literally steps away. The locks were a little rusty but after calling it in not a problem. The person on the phone was really nice and helpful. The office person on location was not. When I told her I could not get in my location she said it was nothing she could do and she was off for the day and left me standing. Very unprofessional. Other than that the location and unit was perfect!

Ocean Oasis!
Love it Up was a great unit. Comfortable furniture and plenty of room for the two of us. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen was sufficiently stocked if we wanted to. Our only complaint was the A/C unit didn’t cool the master bedroom enough for us to sleep comfortably. If you don’t need 70-degree sleeping conditions this unit is perfect for you.

Perfect View & Location
This is our favorite resort and our first time staying in this particular condo. We have no complaints. It was tastefully decorated and the view is perfect. Kitchen was well stocked. There was even a crockpot and blender. Furniture is comfortable. The hair dryer that is provided is fantastic. We were very happy to have ceiling fans in all rooms and an additional box fan for master. It could get very hot in the master specifically with the afternoon sun. Keeping the blinds closed all day throughout the condo also helped. There are a couple of suggestions that would have made our stay a little easier but were not make or break issues and we would certainly return. Hampers for both rooms would have been helpful. Also, there was a total of four hangers for both rooms. Additional hangers provided would have been nice. The instructions for tv/cable/internet/wifi were not up to date when we arrived and getting the TVs on was an issue. Connecting to wifi was also tricky as it seems each room was logged onto a different service or network name. The log in info wasn’t correct. Eventually, we figured this out with the help of itrip staff who stated the info had recently changed. This would be helpful info to have in each room by tv and in the itrip checkin packet that is emailed. The biggest issues that should be fixed asap is the master bedroom does not lock at all. This is a little disappointing. Also, the handle in master shower needs fixed because it just spins. Our stay was beautiful, condo was very nice, appeared clean, check in and checkout was a breeze. View is spectacular and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay again but would certainly prefer the second bedroom to have a queen and twin bed or two twin beds rather than the single king. However, we knew this when we booked just making a recommendation as I believe more families with children/teens could better utilize the space with an additional bed rather than sharing one. Thank you for another great week at Pinnacle Port.

Rainy days vacay!
We enjoyed our time spent in the condo, and there was a lot of time spent inside due to the rain and storms! The condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated! We had a great vacation despite Mother Nature!! Hope to come back here again!!

We had AC problems, but other than that we liked it
We have stayed at a property owned condo next to this one for several years. This is definitely a step up. There were a couple of problems that they are aware of and will address ASAP I’m sure. We will return.

We loved our stay! The location was amazing. We stayed during a very busy spring break. Every other beach area we visited was so crowded, but our location was calm and peaceful. Only a few people on the beach. The beach access is perfect, just steps from the unit. The sunsets were so beautiful from the balcony. The condo is spacious. Plenty of space for my husband and I and our two teenage daughters. The location is convenient to both rosemary and panama city beach. The property management team was easy to reach and communication was great. We would definitely stay again.

Paradise
The fishing did not cooperate at all. The weather was what we expected. This unit was not what we expected. It was much more. It was clean, well stocked and beautiful. All of our visitors said it was the best place we ever stayed. Coming back next year. Can’t wait. Oh, and the view was perfect!

Awesome Unit
We have stayed many times at Pinnacle Port and always in the short rise buildings, but never in this unit before. This is a a new favorite! It is furnished well with comfortable beds and living room furniture and overall a beautiful unit! We will be back!

Great area and nice condo. Unfortunately the cleaning was sub standard.
Condo was nice but unfortunately the cleaning was sub par. It seemed to have been a normal light cleaning with no attention to cleaning under or behind things.
I addressed iTrip about it and they offered to come and clean. I told them we were already settled and had cleaned as we were using things. I asked for compensation since the cleaning wasn’t done properly and I also told them that they could look at the property. Three different people told me someone would get back to me but that didn’t happen. I called to find out status and I finally got someone who said they don’t do compensation. I wish I had known that the first time I called. He told me he thought I was just looking for money. I’ve traveled many years and never asked for anything. This time I was simply asking for compensation of what was promised. Why should I pay a cleaning fee if I have to clean?

Had this not been a last minute trip with very few beachfront options, I would have been very upset. They sent several emails making sure that you didn’t arrive prior to 4 pm so that the cleaning crew had plenty of time to clean after the last person. There was still sand everywhere, which we just chalked up to it being on the beach and sand is hard to clean up. However, the walk-in shower grout was coated with mold and dirty towels were shoved in the linen closet. Not sure what they are charging a cleaning fee for because they aren’t cleaning it and you have to take out your own trash and do the dishes. We were pleased with the location though so will look into other Pinnacle Port rentals with different property managers in the future.

Great location!
Condo needs some work. Had no internet, so TVs would not work. House keepers do a poor job. Cute condo, but way to much furniture which makes it crowded. Location is absolutely wonderful. Beach is gorgeous and never crowded. Close to lots of stores and pier park. Would love to stay again, but maybe in a different condo.
