The parking was in terrible condition. Holes everywhere..I think is time for maintenance like now... The decor needs updating. Would be lovely if the place had proper lounge area and the lighting was more warm and had more atmosphere. Pool was in very claustrophobic location agien very bright lighting in areas you should wind down.. Overall condition of the room was very good but again disappointed with flat duvet and one very flat pillow 😑 window didn't have blind then agien light inside. Message to the kitchen: I ordered the pizza that evening and it was very soggy it had too much mozzarella cheese and overcooked ham it was terrible. They need to practice more. If they update and have better quality sleeping sets then I won't give one more try... Good luck 👍

The room wasn't clean (cobweb on a telly, the table wasn't clean), very noisy, the room is designed awfully - 2 lamps and sockets under one bed, and nothing of them under another one, which actually was prepared for me.

The rooms are on the cheaper side, nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness, and there's free access to the pool for all guests.

I visited in August and it was very hot and humid in the room, even after it cooled down outside, no AC available. With the window open, it's extremely loud, as the hotel is right above the exit from the main city street. The rooms on the other side are also risky for noise as they are over the local football stadium. The rooms and bathrooms are very small.

Cleanliness in the swimming pool area. I don't know if water in the pool was filtered, but if it was, the filters work poorly. You could find floating scraps in the water as well as some mold close to the pool. Budget hotel, so forget about carpet, kettle or wardrobe in your room

Shower sink was jammed. So it was hard to relax in shower.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, I think this was my 4th or 5th stay here. Facilities are excellent, location is wonderful, food is good Polish/Kashubian home cooking and price is really good value for money. To top it all off the staff are extremely helpful and professional. Oh, and getting here is really easy from Gdansk, Gdynia or the airport. Just take to train to Kartuzy station, cross the street, and then follow the Yellow Brick Road!

There were no curtains in the room, so I woke up too early from the light outside. For the rest I have absolutly no complaints! Very nice establishment!
