Sıcak su yok, asansör yok, fiyatına göre iyi değil. Daha iyi beklemiştim. Erken 1 saat rezervasyon için bile 1 günlük ücret istiyorlar 😁

Geen warm water in de badkamer aanwezig. Het ontbijt duurde erg lang voor het gebracht werd en er was geen keuze. In het restaurant werd er 25% fooi bij gerekend en als je ging betalen verwachten ze weer fooi.contant betalen mocht niet, alleen met je pinpas. Ze hebben het bedrag toen twee keer van mijn rekening afgeschreven. Ik heb mijn reis helaas voortijdig moeten beëindigen omdat ik een een voedselvergiftiging heb opgelopen hier.

very cozy place, warm , the garden with snow is beautiful, staff is very welcoming and very helpful , the view of my room was amazing with mountains covered in snow

unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor ☹️ maybe the connection couldn’t reach my room

Zakuzi and swimming pool were not functioning

The front yard is gorgeous - it is decorated with beautiful garden. The reception staff are all very friendly and responsive

All was good! Nothing to complain about.

Awful internet intermittent, it was only due to the help of Nurya? who did it herself, the boss didnt answer his phone, the only bad point, someone needs to give the boss a wake up call. it is a great hotel. location and comfort.

- Breakfast was a joke, had to order it from a cafe - Bathtub leaked and the showerhead was not attachable to the wall - You depend on the reception to get inside - had to stand outside of the hotel for 15 min to be let in in the evening
