Very little to do around other than the beach, very few restaurants Everyone raves about the hosts being very nice, that was not the case for us, we did not feel welcome like in other Posadas.

Great staff who are super friendly and helpful. Shirley was wonderful. Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Clean rooms and comfortable beds and two cute cats to hang out with.

Location is good far from the crowded city center. The room is super simple (it’s a posada not an hotel) but if you need to spend only few days is ok. Generally speaking the island is poor of structures that meet the common standard. Finally We enjoyed our time here and Shirley is a super nice host

Shirley and Gloria are awesome!! So friendly, and helpful. As to the place itself, its nice, great wifi, and two dogs that are simply wonderful. Location wise is not the best, cause the beach across the road isn´t very nice, unless you walk down to where you can snorkel but then there are heaps of boats and stuff. All in all, its a nice place and I would stay there again!

Villa Sunny is a really cozy place and it has what in my opinion are the most important amenities including hot watter, A/C, cable TV and good internet. The location is really great, just cossing the street and walking a distance of aprox 300 mts you have access to one of the best - not too crowded beaches of the island. I was a solo traveller and I never felt insecure in the area (some common sense is enough) . Shirley is the best host ever, always ready to assits in any way. For me the place offers a good Price - Benefit relation. If you are looking for a quite place to enjoy the beach this is the one. I would definitely come back!!! :)

Breakfast also on Sundays would be really good ;)

Perfect location, only steps away from the beach. The hot water and WIFI were much better than other hotels in the area. The room had a little fridge to store drinks which is nice. They arranged a taxi to take me to the airport on the last day. I will stay here again.

My second week of a two week stay. All good. Will stay here again.

I have two bookings, almost two weeks total. This review is for my first week. Comfortable room, nice view of the sea from my window. Excellent communication with staff. Hot water shower. A/C. Good wifi. Nice breakfast. Coffee available all day. Large water cooler in kitchen, so bring your refillable bottle. Rooms are as pictured. I would definitely stay here again. away from the hustle of all the tourists on the north shore.

It is not a luxury hotel but that was clear from the beginning. Hot water and good internet, both difficult to find on the island. Shirley is a great host, very helpful and charming. Location is the best, right on the less crowded part of the beach.

All was as expected.

- Villa is located 5 minutes walking from a good beach Rocky Cay. So no need to ride or take the bus or walk long distances. - Everyone on site is very friendly and accommodating. Managers and staff, everyone. Liked that! - Room was an absolute dream. Sea view, air con, TV - all as described and very clean. - Location itself is very calm after 22 when the traffic ceases. You can go then to the beach and see crabs walking! - Shower water is hot!

Small minuses are wifi and shower. Wifi was so slow that I just used my LTE:) Shower head was so calcinated that hardly 30% of holes were letting water through. So needs either cleaning or change. Nothing more.

an old quaint house converted into a quite b&b. it’s right by the beach so we had to walk some meters to access great restaurants and beautiful beaches. the staff are super nice and friendly! great value for money

I think the space for socializing like the terrace and other outside spaces could use more thought but it’s not like you’ll spend all your time inside!

Loved the place. Shirley and Jason are the kindest and the property is well renovated and modern. Fantastic location and perfectly positioned away from the touristy North. I was super lucky to find this place last minute and the listing doesn't do justice to my experience. Thanks Shirley, Jason and all the staff who were so helpful and kind.
