Excellent. We had an excellent stay at the Four Seasons Limassol. Super staff, beautiful room, great beach and indoor pool with sauna and hammam. The hotel excursions without extra fees are great, thanks to Ikes for the visit to Lania village. Just a thought: Why not have a restaurant serving traditional Cypriot/Greek cuisine rather than tropical or Asian? The breakfast was very good but lacked a few typical dishes from the region. A quality hotel.

Service is exceptional

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-presented - including the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and high-quality - and the service was excellent. The beach and pool areas were clean, calm, and well-maintained.

We stayed two nights. There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was spotless. We enjoyed every minute.

The hotel and of course the staff continue to maintain a high level of service and cleanliness every year never disappoin I would like to take this opportunity to note the warm and generous attitude of Mrs. Evelyn thank you very much

Hotel interior is beautiful and majestic. Staff were polite and welcoming, even senior management introduced themselves personally when I was checking in. Purpose of my trip was a spa holiday so I had several spa treatments here. I was really well taken care of by Anna Donavan, Chrissy and Annamaria. Chrissy is an amazing beauty therapist - she was very kind and knowledgeable. She even advised me on how to take care of myself post-treatment and researched skin-care diagnostic treatments for me in my home country. I wish there were more beauticians like Chrissy! 💕

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience of my life whilst having a treatment in the spa with Alexandra - she was very obnoxious and extremely condescending. I asked her to remove only 2 little hairs at the tail of one eyebrow, and to give me a mirror so that I could point them out to her, but she completely ignored me and started to pluck hairs aggressively everywhere across both eyebrows, even though she knew they had been threaded 2 hours earlier, so they didn’t need to be reshaped again. Despite begging her repeatedly to stop the hostile tweezing, she continued even down towards my eyelid area where there was no hair, and found it amusing. Throughout this ordeal, she kept gaslighting me by saying she wasn’t removing anything. As a result of her incompetence, my eyebrow shape is completely ruined with hair now regrowing in odd patches so my natural shape no longer exists. I am still in shock that such a reckless and unprofessional person could work in any spa, let alone the Four Seasons’. This was the worst experience I’ve had with any beautician - no respect whatsoever for the client’s body or their opinions. It beggars belief that such a person even became qualified as I never met someone who continued touching their client’s face after being told to stop multiple times.

Adult only pool was perfect for peace and quiet. The staff everywhere were attentive and friendly. The bedroom (suite) was a good size and comfortable

Location is not ideal but that’s more about Limassol. the adult pool needs to be heated

The family friendly nature of the facilities was surprising and above expectations. Overall the staff were super friendly and very efficient with a great customer service ethic.

The attentiveness of restaurant staff was sometimes over the top, particularly those who were inexperienced. One wants staff when required but they should not be all over you which sometimes they were.
