Breakfast was good and the staff super friendly. The sitting area outside is really nice and we enjoyed deliciously made drinks in the evening. Our room was clean and had everything you need. The look of the hotel gives it a really nice ambience which i loved! All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcomed and I think I never had such nice hosts in a hotel before.

Only con at breakfast was that the Orange Juices tasted extremely superficial. The room was ok, though we could hear the crying and screaming of children all night. We reserved a room with a double bed and got two single ones. Didn't matter to much as we just pushed them next to each other. I think we probably would have gotten another room if we asked. Bathroom was fine, you have to be careful standing in the bathtub to shower as it doesn't have a lot of flat area on the bottom and the showerhose was leaking a bit.

There were a lot of things that I liked, for starters the hotel itself looks like a castle which is really nice. The owner was so sweet and she's super active, she's at the reception all the time greeting and helping out guests. I absolutely loved the breakfast, not only was the variety good but they also made an effort to make me eggs the way I like them and the quality of the ingredients of all things available was just fantastic. I really appreciated the flexibility with time of check-out, all the friendly suggestions on where to eat and what to see and the complimentary umbrella as soon as it started to rain slightly. And to top it off, the garage was free and they let me leave my car there even after my check-out so I could explore the area on foot and not worry about finding parking. Truly a great experience.

The Hotel was TOP 👍👌clean, nice comfort, the best breakfast 👍👌 and the sweetest owner 🇮🇹❤️ and Crew . I recommend this hotel to every who wants the best place in Lazise 🇮🇹❤️

The overall experience was excellent! The breakfast was wonderful, the hospitality of the staff was superb and the sleeping rooms were extremely relaxing. The open-air hospitality and general area was a highlight.

very friendly staff/always wanting to do more. great buffet breakfast, clean rooms, great location. The only thing is their lift...they should have a new one...other than that, our stay was good...great value for money.

the lift...scary to operate as you had to continue to press on the botton otherwise the lift would stop midway!...so we just took the stairs...not really a bad thing but it could be better if they upgrade their lift?
