We really enjoyed our 2 bedroom Windswept condo. The size and layout was perfect. Loved the nice washer/dryer and 2 coffee makers and coffee supply! Appreciated the well-stocked necessities. Some negatives: The condo is really needing a refresh with entire condo/ceilings need painting, severely needed woodfloor repair in master, drapery in master torn/stained please replace. Both mattresses need to be replaced, quite old. The bedding needs to be refreshed/updated. Thank you for a fun time with our friends!

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all ofu us. The view was fantastic and the villa was well equipped and spotless. Everything was in working order and checkin/checkout was seamless.Beach access is literally down the stairs and across the boardwalk. We opened the windows at night to listen to the ocean. Great location to bike (we used our credit for beach rental and it was nice not to have to bring all the bike and beach gear). The only negative is that the you have to go up the stairs in the front entrance to get to the elevator so pack light unless you want to make several trips. Will stay here again

Balcony overlooking the beach was a great place to have breakfast, and cocktails at night. Saw dolphins from there on our first morning! Condo was well decorated and tasteful. Kitchen was well equipped, laundry was great to have. Only complaint was that condo walls were very marked up and needed to be washed or repainted, and upholstered furniture could have used a steam clean. Opening and closing of sliding glass doors in neighboring condos late at night and early in the morning was a bit hard to sleep through. Bed in master was a bit too firm. Otherwise a delightful place.

We typically don't choose ocean front because the short walks to the beach are shaded and enjoyable, but with a new baby this year we decided to upgrade. Though the view was unbeatable, the Villa is in need of some TCL. The price did not reflect the quality of the interiors. When reporting the major issues, Akers Ellis we quick to help resolve them. We picked this property because of it being ocean front. It’s a lovely property and we really enjoyed our stay. We did have to contact property management about a few minor issues upon arrival. The person on call was very attentive and our issues were addressed in a timely manner. I gave this property 5 stars on everything but the cleanliness. Let me explain, cleanliness is not just up to the staff that comes in to clean after tenants. It is also up to those who rent the property. The furniture had “wet” stains on it. The pull out couch had scraps of pop tarts, gold fish crackers and sun chips(hence why I asked for a hand-held vacuum which I used to clean up). There is a washer and dryer which allowed me to wash the mattress protectors. Also, there were orange stains on the master comforter. I threw that in the washer and it came out clean. Honestly, it was no big deal to me even though we were on vacation, I thought nothing of it. The 3 stars for cleanliness is because of the details. Advertising a property that sleeps 6-should be cleaned as if 6 people were staying. Just a gentle reminder to the cleaning staff to check to make sure that the sleeper sofa is free of food and cleaned for guests to sleep on. Those who slept on the pull-out said it was very comfortable. Please don’t take this a negative review. Knowing that the management company is very attentive and responsive is what I look for when renting a property. Hands down-this management fit that bill!

Views of the beach and ocean are wonderful. Great location on the Island as convenience to all. Balcony views in the AM are exceptional. Property should have HD TV as poor picture quality as is; new pillows and bedding; updates to the master shower as older. A sliding screen door to the porch would further enhance the view and ocean sounds - especially at night.

We found that the floors needed a deep cleaning, and the sliding door is very difficult to open & close. If the owners replaced the mattresses and bed pillows, it would add to the comfort of this unit.

Wonderful location and view from this property. Check in and out process was extremely easy with no issues. If you end up renting beach gear, it's also a very simple process and we thoroughly enjoyed using the bikes and beach gear throughout the trip. Kitchen has all basic amenities and we were able to enjoy meals at the condo when we didn't want to venture out. Only negative was cleanliness of the place - we had cockroaches throughout our stay and notified the property but never had a follow up. Also, some of the furniture is pretty worn and some old/stained pillows. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we would recommend it for others in the future!

Great location and Ocean view! Had everything we needed. Thought it could of used fresh paint and a little freshening up! The livingroom furniture was not comfortable and not the cleanest. The entertainment center looked nice but really of no use more comfortable seating would be nice. The bar was of no use either much preferred the booknock area in a previous rental. The bed was really comfortable and the shower with jets nice.

The villa is in a nice location right on the beach but was very disappointed in the quality of the property. The paint was pealing up and dirty. The outlet in the master was burned out, and the toilet ran all night. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped (not even a colander?) and the front two burners of the stove did not work properly. The vent in the 2nd room was completely rusted out and the pillows on the couch and chairs were stained and torn. If I were paying less it wouldn't be such a big deal but at these prices the unit should be clean and in working order. On a positive note - the air conditioner worked beautifully and the check in/out through the app they provided was very efficient. I'm sure this is not the first review Akers Ellis has seen on this property so it's very disappointing that they still have not addressed the problems. They always offer to come fix everything while you're there - in other words, you get to deal with service people in and out of your space during your vacation. Take care of the problems before your renters get there please. This unit has obviously been in this condition for quite a while.
