This was my second stay. Great bed, great kitchenette, excellent location and fantastic staff.

The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and in a great location. The staff was very friendly.

We enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean the accommodation was very convenient to major attractions - cathedral and Ludwig museum. We stayed in room 34 which had a view of the cathedral spires and was more spacious than our other room (standard - room 10). The kitchenette was also handy. Would recommend.

There was a reception desk/room for us to collect the code.

I thought there was a microwave oven, but there wasn't. We were used to it at home.

Location is excellent, and the view of the cathedral was exactly as advertised. The check-in / out process was really easy, and provided lots of information about nearby shops, restaurants etc. The beds are really comfortable, and the rooms were large. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need for a short stay, and everything was very clean on arrival.

The kitchen area is a little on the small side - though for a short stay this isn't an issue

I have travelled all around the Europe and this was one of the most cleaned hotel I have ever been.! Great great great from service there was one lady and a guy who has welcomed us very polite and kind.Room was clean perfect place 3 minutes from the Centrum.! For sure I will come back here!

Location was amazing, close to town center. Easy to access, large clean-room with. Great facilities (fridge, cooker, cutlery etc). Great communication before and during our stay. Even better than the photos and reviews suggest.

on the day we were leaving (Saturday) it was slightly noisy at times early in the morning due to people coming up and down the stairs and and moving around the hallway

we had booked an extra large room/apartment, it had great facilities with kettle, fridge hob and microwave but unlike the photos there was no where to sit, no table and chairs so I didn’t quite feel it lived up to description of extra large.

Great location, Everything was perfect, when ever I go to Cologne again this is the only place that I want to stay

The gentleman who checked us in was so lovely, helpful and polite :) It was very clean. Parking was excellent, location it’s self was good and quiet but also walking distance to everything you need. The shower was good, nice little kitchen. WI-FI worked well. Easy check in and out. Room was nice and warm even when it was freezing out:)

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, gave me and my partner back ache. Pillows were fine though. Couldn’t watch any TV as no English Channels and no option to cast anything from our phones. Main issue is that the people upstairs above us were soooooo noisy :( woke us up early / kept us up late even on the Sunday. Also the noise from the stair case woke us up too, especially when a loud child came down the stairs shouting early in the morning.
