Our unit was spacious and well equipped. The owner was friendly.

Location was great for everything we wanted, easy booking & checking in & out.

Cleanliness could be a bit better, especially toilet/shower room & cups/glasses/plates/cutlery etc.

I requestes twice before heading down that the bbq can be cleaned as we want to use it, upon arrival the receptionist said she is not sure if its been cleaned they used it 2 weeks ago only to find it filthy dirty, we had to clean ourselves, the WIFI was not available in the rooms, common problem at this Motel, the TV screen was full of lines, very old couldnt see clearly, there was only 1 pot in the room for the entire family to cook in, the beds is old and worn

In Whangamata and had kitchen facilities

Said we had garden view and our room looked out into concrete car park. Overpriced for the facilities, rather tired needs updating only microwave in kitchen with no proper cooking facilities. The BBQ area had a broken umbrella and when manager tried to change it the only other umbrella was also broken.

Great location, walk to central shopping & restaurants. Large room and comfortable beds. It must be repeated - bed fantastically comfortable. Price for what you get is hard to beat.

No breakfast available, location is absolutely great close to club,rsa,town center

There's nothing there too dislike, money well spent for our stay.
