The flat is in a great location. There is one large bedroom, a nice lounge and kitchen. It was lovely and warm as we stayed when it was particularly cold. The flat has good views across to the Wheel and ice skating rink.

The entrance hallway to the flats is not nice. It's dirty and generally very cold. We struggled to get into the complex on our first visit. The key is in a huge padlock/keysafe. The front door has a broken pane and I managed to cut my hand on it! The main door was temperamental, sometimes it worked, sometimes not. Consequently there were often people who we met who were waiting for help to get in or out of the flat! The second bedroom is tiny with no wardrobe space. The flat would be best for a couple or a couple with a child.

apartment purports to have air conditioning, but this is only in the main bedroom, nowhere else. Totally inadequate in temperatures of 33 degrees

Very nice apartment, spacious rooms, clean, also with a terrace (great for smokers :D). Central location, a lot of relevant places within walking distance.

Very limited hot water! We were 3 people and each day only one got hot water for shower, the rest had to shower with cold water...

Perfect location in the downtown. I should only recomend. Clean place. Kitchen with all needed stuff.

Some devices needs repair.
