Sand Dunes and Salty Air - 5 minutes drive to beaches!

We had a tremendous stay! The house is extremely clean and supremely well kept with new appliances. We were two families of four adults and three children. We were very comfortable situated in the four bedrooms. The outdoor space is also very well maintained. The location is ideal for access to beaches as well as downtown Chatham. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay in Chatham at this house , it’s conveniently located to the center of town, and the house was everything they advertised. We were there with our two adult children so the fact that there were queen beds in the other bedrooms was important. We will be back!

Lovely four bedroom 2.5 Bath with an outdoor shower in Chatham. Quiet, near the bike trail, with a great deck and BBQ to just relax and unwind. Close in proximity to beaches, biking, shops, grocery stores, nice restaurants, this charming property provides everything one might need for a relaxing vacation. Hosts provide all a guest could need from beach chairs and umbrellas to all the cookware and utensils if one chooses to avoid the high costs of dining out. The fully stocked birdfeeders brought a beautiful chorus of birds chirping happily everyday!

A very clean and well-equipped home with many amenities and thoughtful touches. Located on a quiet cul de sac, yet close to the wonderful restaurants, shops and other attractions on Cape Cod/Chatham. We are hoping to rent there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Chatham. The location was great for everything we wanted to do, whether going to the beach, heading into town, or simply grocery shopping. The hosts were very responsive and helpful both before and during our visit, and provided lots of helpful tips. The kitchen had everything we needed prepare and serve meals and thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the house and on the deck. It made for a perfect summer getaway.

My husband and I have taken our kids to Cape Cod for a week stay 8 times in the past 15 years. We have stayed in the Lewis Bay Area, Sandwich, Eastham, Hyannis and now this lovely Chatham house. The house is in a great location, close to the bike path for our morning runs and steps away from a delightful popular breakfast place, Hangar B. The rental is extremely clean, nicely appointed, has warmly decorated bedrooms and has a comfortable porch. The owners are extremely responsive and the check in and check out process was easy and smooth. We enjoyed our week at the Cape!

We had a great time, location was perfect for us being close to the rail trail path for morning runs and close to Hanger B for breakfast, coffee and the kids loved seeing the planes. Just a quick drive to town and beaches. Our young kids also loved the bedrooms (our daughter didn’t want to leave “the mermaid room” at the end of the trip and our son named his “the whale room”), and having 3 bedrooms upstairs with a first floor master was perfect. We all also loved seeing the hummingbird who would come daily to its feeder hanging outside the kitchen window. Would highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home. It is a short drive to both the beach and downtown Chatham. The rooms all have their own air conditioning, and there is a unit in the living room, as well.
The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with, and very helpful with answering questions.

Sandy Dunes is a comfortable, inviting home beautifully decorated and centrally located between Chatham Center and Harwichport.
There are many beaches close by as well as a great pond for fishing right behind the house. We were extremely lucky to get the best weather of the summer so we spent alot of time on the deck. We hadn’t been able to find a week where my children, their spouses and our 3 grandchildren could get together for a long time. My kids have many fond memories of the area growing up and it was wonderful to refresh their experiences.
The house is very well stocked and we didn't want for anything. The hosts are very responsive if questions arise. We would definitely go back!

Summer Vacation 2022
This is a beautiful property- spacious, comfortable, it has all thx amenities. We had a wonderful vacation in Chatham. The house was exactly as advertised. We were a party of 6 adults and there was plenty of room. We all came together, but still had our own space. It’s conveniently located to downtown Chatham, the airport (we recommend a ride in the bi-plane), the beaches and so much more. You will not be disappointed!!

We cannot say enough about how perfectly this home fit our family and our plans for a fun Cape Cod experience. The location is convenient and the home comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Relaxing Family Time
The house was perfect for my adult daughters, my parents, my husband and myself. There was plenty of space for all of us to spend time together as well as afford everyone their privacy. The house is comfortably and beautifully furnished as is the lovely back deck. The multiple bird feeders attracted many birds which provided endless entertainment . Wonderful place! Thank you!

Beautiful Home!
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home for two weeks this summer. The beautiful pictures and great description of the property was what initially sold us, but honestly, it was even better in person. This home was perfect. We enjoyed how spacious it was and how impeccably clean it was. The bedrooms were so nicely decorated and very comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and throughout. A short ride to some of the amazing beaches close by. Sitting out on the deck at night was so peaceful. Ken and Carolyn are wonderful hosts. We look forward to staying again.

Great house in Chatham
Carolyn was an great owner and responded to any questions quickly. The house was so clean and stocked w amenities we could use for a week’s stay. The house was great for 4 couples. Lots of room, grill, patio etc. we loved the location to the bike paths and many beaches, shopping and ease to the other towns in the cape and ferries to nantucket and the vineyard. Would definitely come back here again

Carolyn and Ken are wonderful hosts of a beautiful home away from home. The house was very clean (something we were paying particular attention to in light of COVID) and had terrific amenities. It is centrally located with easy access to bike paths and a short drive from the beach and downtown Chatham. Highly recommend.

Great Cape Week
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carolyn and Ken have their home well set up for rentals. Never have I experienced as much room for our personal belongings! The house is very well cared for and super clean which is important to us. Carolyn was great about answering all of my questions before our trip. The venture behind the house (multiple times) to fish on Schoolhouse Pond was fun and rewarding. Bike trail nearby was very convenient. Highly recommend this home!

Enjoy Chatham
Ideal location for many activities. All 8 of us had a very enjoyable time. Biking, hiking, swimming in the pond behind the house and Harding Beach, bird watching, tennis at the Monomoy Middle School, shopping, watching airplanes, grilling out, getting take out from several restaurants and the Chocolate Sparrow, sunsets at Rock Harbor and more. The house was spotless and well air conditioned for the hot weather.

Lovely cape house that fit a family of six perfectly
Don’t have anything bad to say! Ken and Carolyn were very responsive and accommodating throughout the process. It was simple and easy to rent the home, get in/check out. Location is great since we went to Chatham and Harwich beaches. Only a few minutes drive to downtown Chatham, and the bike path is literally two blocks from the house which we used. House is clean and spacious, holding 3 adults families. Great to have the kitchen table open to the living room and sun room. Thanks again for making it a lovely vacation for us!!

The location is great. One block from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Close to shops, restaurants and Rt 6. The house is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The outdoor shower was nonfunctional which was disappointing. The owners were very prompt in addressing any of our questions or concerns. Overall, a great experience.

Best Vacation House Ever!
This truly was a perfect vacation rental. The house is impeccable clean, well stocked with everything you would ever need, beds are super comfortable and like the cliche, "location, location, location!" We were literally 5 mins from shopping, restaurants, downtown and beautiful beaches! My family thoroughly enjoyed our week! The owners were great! They responded to any inquiries within minutes and were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation!!!
