Great location, walking distance to everything in town.

Took the family to Hershey. Way better than staying a hotel. And the restaurant downstairs is amazing.

We enjoyed our quick overnight stay. The place was clean and comfy. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great in our rooms for a restful night after all day at the park. We didn’t get to utilize the kitchen but the basics were all there. The wine and candy bars were a sweet welcome. Our only gripe would be the third floor walk up steep steps was painful (only because 20k+ steps at the park). Otherwise, we’d love to come back again!

I would compare this place to the old motel 2 miles out of town.

My son and I stayed here over the weekend while visiting the town of Hershey. Besides having a bit of confusion upon arrival, we weren't sure where to go in at but figured it out easily after talking to staff at Fennici's, everything was great. The apartment was clean and exactly as expected from the online pictures and description. Located in a good neighborhood and within walking distance from plenty of resturants and the main Hershey attractions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

This is located right in the middle of town! We walked to the Giant center for a concert. It was a little over a mile paved walk. Had dinner across the street and walked to breakfast the next morning. The space was very clean and tidy. Stairs are narrow but we didn’t have any issues. Only note: Beds were not as comfortable as they could be. Parking is free in the lot that is not even two blocks away. We enjoyed ourselves and have already recommended it to friends who are heading to Hershey for a concert in April!

Fabulous location! On the main strip in Hershey! Restaurants are very close! Some things I would have liked to have known before I stayed there were: there is not an outlet in the bathroom so anything requiring an outlet and a mirror was difficult and the room with the queen size bed is on the way to the bunk bed room. I knew one room was on the way to the next, but not sure of the order! Nice common room with tv for hanging out! Wonderful weekend!

Not an accessible rental, but a good home base for a Hershey adventure if you can handle fairly narrow, steep stairs. Location is awesome, it was clean, and it has all the basics you need. Hosts gave detailed instructions for check-in and use. Thanks for the welcome treat! Would definitely would use again (but would pack a smaller suitcase for the stairs :) ).

Very clean and as expected!

Excellent location for Hershey Park and music venues. Loved the fact that the apartment was once housing for employees and has significant history. If you subscribe to walking everywhere instead of driving, this is the location for you. Enough room for a family of 6. Accommodations comfortable. Hosts left bottled water in fridge and a lovely bottle of wine along with some Hershey chocolate. The apartment is above a restaurant but noise was not an issue. Common area is through outside seating for the Italian restaurant. I am a bit of a neat freak and the common area from outside to inside hallway has rugs to the stairs. I would encourage the restaurant and owners of the apartment to clean those!!! My only suggestion, but should not deter anyone who wants to stay !! 5 stars

The location was perfect. Walking distance to a nice selection of restaurants and the restaurant downstairs is very nice! My family and I were quite impressed with all of the workers. They were very attentive and they were really hustling. In the world we live in today that was quite impressive and refreshing to see. The unit itself was very clean and served us well. Being a very old building it had it’s own character. That unit is perfect for a family with children.

Let’s just say- Hershey Park and the town of Hershey did not disappoint!!! This apartment was the perfect spot for families to say in while visiting the lovely town and awesome amusement park of Hershey! The kids, as well as adults, had great fun! The apartment was clean and comfy- a nice bottle of wine and Hershey chocolate was complimentary and an excellent touch! The restaurant Fenicci’s was also excellent (don’t forget to mention you are staying here to get a 10% discount on your meals)! We highly recommend and will stay here again! *This is an historic building and the staircase is narrow and steep, but not a major problem

We drove around the building 3 times and never saw the stairs. We never were able to check in. We have attempted to message and call the owner with no response until the next day- by then we had already checked into a hotel and wanted a refund which he would not give

This property was the perfect location for Hershey Park. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and there were candy bars and complimentary Hershey museum tickets waiting for us! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. I would definitely recommend this property if you planning to visit Hershey Park!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Very easy to get in and out. The location was perfect for us getting to the park and attractions. Would stay again!

Nice property close to hershey park

Our stay at this location was great! It was a perfect location right in the heart of downtown Hershey. Great extras included like a bottle of wine and candy bars upon arrival. We were also given a percentage discount on the downstairs restaurant and a nearby cafe. Excellent communication from the host and we were even given a late checkout for free! Be aware that this is a historic building, so there are steep stairs and crooked floors (as with any older building). We had a bit of an issue figuring out the entrance as well, but the host at the restaurant downstairs was so friendly, and showed us right where to go.

This is our second time staying at this apartment. It’s super convenient from Hershey park. The owner is very responsive. And it sits above Fenicis, which has great food! That’s a real bonus. House was clean. We will definitely stay here adding if planning an overnight stay in Hershey!

Easy checkin and close to the Hershey Bears stadium. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine too.

Everyone enjoyed their stay, although we didn't spend a lot of time there. We were busy trying to get all of our adventures in :). It was a great location in walking distance to so many places to eat and visit. Having the museum so close was awesome! Overall it was a great time and as advertised!

Phil is a helpful and communicative host, answering my questions promptly and being very patient as I navigated Vrbo for the first time. I rented the apartment for just one night as a birthday gift to my husband. We enjoyed a delicious meal downstairs where our friendly and attentive server went out of her way to ensure we were able to eat and pay our bill with plenty of time to walk to Hershey Theater for our show afterwards. We so appreciate the complimentary water and bottle of wine in the kitchen that we shared after the show. Though there was no corkscrew in the kitchen, another very pleasant server was happy to open the bottle for me when I popped downstairs in search of assistance. The coffee in the morning was also a thoughtful addition. Everything was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend the property.
