walls in rooms in the garden are very thin, you can hear the neighbours breathe. The hostel-concept is great, with a beautiful central garden and a shared large living room in a separate building

This is a gem hidden in the center of Löttorp, which makes it very conventient and cozy at the same time. The Staff is great and very inviting. They have a fantastic garden for all tenents to use, plus a well equipped kitchen and livingroom for everyone to use. It's both kids and dog friendly. Perk is they rent out bikes and have a breakfast buffet if you want to add.

Very cozy atmosphere both inside and out. It has been recently renovated. White painted wooden floors give the place a very clean look while all the wonderful antiques and decorations ensures that it is cozy and not too sterile or boring. There’s a great restaurant next door (Kalk). It’s also a great location for discovering the northern part of the island like the hikes in Trollskogen. The owner is very knowledgeable about the area and gave food recommendations on restaurants, hikes and site seeing.

The breakfast was very nice.

We stayed one week and the room was never cleaned.

The staff were wonderful and our room(5) was newly renovated and very fresh. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Alvaret.

Pictures of the kitchen didn't match the pictures for the hostel.. and the ant's in the Tee kitchen including the old old garbage in the bin which hadn't been emptied..

Very cosy place, super clean and good breakfast! It felt like family!

The breakfast is home made, with fresh eggs from the hens in the garden. The hotel is very boutique and cool. It has a dog in the garden, as well as a wild bunny that is super cute. There are also hens. A lot of space in the garden, so you can always find some place to eat outside. You can also rent a bike cheaply and go to the beach which is about 10 minutes biking away. The hotel is in the proximity of many nice spots on Öland, that is worth visiting. Staff is super cool. Perfect for couples, friends and families. There are also good restaurants and a good bar close by.
