Was a nice warm, welcoming from Fábio who made my staying more memorable. He has a funny and nice personality. Also the rest of the staff, the lady who made me a cappuccino or the other receptionist were very kind and professional. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Interesting type of the floor mat, really liked the design of it. Also the furniture, compact and with everything was needed. Pleasant to find water bottles in the fridge after long traveling.

The location was too far from the public transportation and complicated to arrive to it. The balcony didn't have any sea view, just in front of a wall from the opposite building. In the bathroom could be included also some small kit as cotton pads, toothpaste or hair conditioner.

From the night porter to the breakfast lady and the cleaning staff, the receptionists - we have never experienced such warm host behaviour at a hotel of this size. You almost feel like you are staying with friends. The rooms are super spacious, very modern and chicly furnished, and super clean, breakfast is very delicious.

The facilities were basic but value for money & the staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful especially the girls serving breakfast, would recommend staying here.

Beds were pretty hard😅 Cleaning level not horrible, but could be improved. Pool frames needing some update (just for aesthetics, because it is a nice pool, so pity that overal look is affected by some paint going off.

Swimming pool was crowded with outside guests. Poor Assistance front desk staff . No complain recovery whatsoever. We will not return at this property.

When we arrived at the hotel we got told that they had changed our room to one with a balcony. We had booked an executive triple room and got given a executive double room. The executive double was significantly smaller and if you look at the price list a lot cheaper. We tried to talk to the receptionist and explain that we were not happy and asked why we had to pay the same price for a cheaper and smaller room but they did not change our booking or help in anyway. The door or the shower was also broken and the room we were given has a balcony that faced directly at another building. It was useless to have the balcony on that room.

Everythig was fine. Very polite staff, good breakfast, very good value for the money.
