Very good hotel indeed! I can’t find even one thing what was wrong! Good location! Looks better than on pictures! Very comfortable!

no english short instructions how to use the cooktop, washing machine, very hard with try and error. the luggage trolley is only accesible mon-fri 10am - 5pm during their office hours🧐

Location was exceptional. Very close to the old town, easy walking distance.

There needs to be more kitchen utensils and appliances for longer staying guests.

This apartment was fantastic! it is huge, clean and modern. It has two bathrooms and a new washer/dryers for clothes. It could not have been better … and in the perfect location next to the old town. Exactly like the pictures.

We liked everything!

This is an outstanding place to stay in Dresden. The apartment is spacious, superclean, and comfortable. It is also very quiet, as it faces a nice terrace and private garden. It is very well located, in front of the Zwinger castle and a short walk to old town. Two bathrooms. The design is minimalist, clean, and modern.

Parking access process should have been easier and more assertive. The room we had did not have air conditioning, but we did not face hot temperatures during our stay.

New, modern, perfectly located and very comfortable apartment building, Good service. Large, very well-equipped rooms with kitchenette, washing machine, patio furniture, etc. A big plus for the availability of an underground car park (for an additional fee) and a locked bicycle room (free of charge :).

Best place I've ever stayed. We got a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment. I'd love to come back and stay at this property.

Great location across from Dresdener Zwinger(palace). Reception supermarket 3min walk. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. Nice balcony overlooking courtyard and greenery. Safe and secure bicycle area. Spotlessly clean. Smart TV with Netflix. Quiet at night. Walking distance to city sights. Helpful reception staff.

Everything is perfect!

The room was very well equipped and much larger than expected. We really liked having a small balcony, the bathroom was huge and even had a jacuzzi/sauna. The kitchen had everything you needed. The appliances were good brands/all clean and in good condition. The apartment was also very very big. Location is excellent. Easy to walk to the old historic city centre. Public transport is easily accessible from here. There is a large city Rewe up the road as well. Parking is easy with the underground parking garage, also relatively cheap for city parking at 14€ per day. For a short stay this a normal price. Overall, we were really impressed with the hotel generally and would definitely stay again.

The room we had did not have air conditioning (I know it's Germany) but it was a 35 degree weekend. There was also no fan in the room, I am very surprised by this as the street is very loud so you can't have the windows open the whole time. There was also not very good airflow when the windows were open. On one of the days we were there the outside temperature was 22 degrees, yet even with the windows open the apartment was always above 26 degrees.

The lady at the reception was very nice and upgraded our room to a two-bedroom apartment. It is very spacious and luxury. They even have a sauna room in the apartment. The stove, lights and fan are very stylish even though we didn't cook at all. The location is close to all attractions. Room was clean and comfy.

Fantastic apartment, well-appointed with all neccessary fittings and equipment. Great facilities - high quality and include washer and dryer too. as well as other extras such as a wine fridge and spa bath. The rooms are very spacious, light and exceptionally clean. The provision of balcony or terrace is a bonus. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpul and polite - nothing was too much trouble. The location is superb, very central and close to all amenities. and transport. We will return and stay again soon - perfect!

We stayed at Residenz am Zwinger for 5 nights. We travel a lot and saw lots of hotels and apartments, good, very good and otherwise. But this apartment gets 10 out of 10 easily. Location - right next to Zwinger. Cleanliness - squeaky clean. Comfort - Jacuzzi and sauna in your apartment, modern and fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms. Wifi - fast and secure, friendly staff, soundproof rooms... What else does one need?!

It is hard to find anything that can be done better in this apartment. If I am pressed to suggest something, then one thing: add grab bars in the shower. If someone falls then the absence of the grab bars might become a liability.

Good location, big, clean and comfortable room.

No service during weekend. No emergency number to call. Door key hard to use. Quite stressful for overseas visitors.

The room was very clean and tidy. The location was great, only a short walk away from all the most interesting spots.

A new, modern and very comfortable apartment of a very high standard in the very center of Dresden. Very well-functioning separate air conditioning in each room. Large and perfectly comfortable beds. Equipped with everything needed for comfortable living (fully equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, bathtub with jacuzzi). Two large terraces. Two shopping centers and all the necessary shops nearby. Close to the Old Town. Perfect for a family of four. Safe underground parking closed with a roller shutter. Very nice staff. I highly recommend.

Everything was perfect

Very close to Zwinger. Well equiped kitchen. Tiefparking. Bicycle rental. Also a good base to explore Sächsische Schweiz and Leipzig.

Apartment was in front and directly to road with strassenbahn. Very noisy, we had to close the windows in the night. Ask for an apartment in the back if available.
