The location was good

Wifi not working. Staff doesn't speak English, so not very helpful and friendly They offer 3 pools and when we arrived the spa and pools were closed. Not easy to pay. You have to pay half with bank transfer when reserved and half cash in the accommodation. They don't charge the room through booking

Just the location. And the very fact that the Spar is just below the building.

Lots, few i would want to list down. 1. Room heater was not working. They provided a small temporary heater which was useless. 2. This place does not have a reception of its own and the owners stay somewhere else. 3. Bed and room size is not as per the measurements mentioned in the page. 4.In the Booking.com, this apartment flaunts to have plenty of facilities including swimming pool and 35 plus more.. Everything is fake. 5.There is nothing apart from the small tiny room. My advice to all is to book a hotel as there are plenty of options in the vicinity.. This place is not worth the money and don't ruin your stay in Gudauri. Owners response to everything was "season is off, no snow, so live with what you have". So, my question is why host when there isn't snow and you can't provide and the same is not mentioned in Booking.com. Don't fall for good reviews... May be they are all gimmicks.

super clean and cozy apartment. Evdokia is a pleasant and helpful host.

The property is cosy and comfortable, it was near the ski. The room is complete with the description feels like home.

Store is a bit far in the property, if you will stay just make sure to brings all the food that you need

As soon as we arrived at the property they made sure that we had all we need, Yuri Is the best!

I have no complains.

The location is fantastic. Just a few steps from the ski facilities and the ski loft. I would definitely stay in the same area next time too. Although would like a nice warm spa facility available for the evening after a day up in the mountains.

The room wasn't fully cleaned and ready for us. The garbage bin was full and smelling. The light switch wasn't working. Besides, the SPA was totally closed. No access to pool or sauna, etc. That was a real disappointment!!
