The location, right in front of the beach, with free sunbeds provided by the staff, was amazing! Incredible beach for kids and family! Great breakfast, warm welcoming, and comfortable room.
They could have some crayons for small children to draw while waiting for breakfast. I'm saying this because they give you a marker and a form to order breakfast, but rush to take back the markers from the children's hands, making them unhappy.

It right in front of the beach and has beach service. The people that works in the hotel are very welcoming. We would definitly choose it again

Fantastic views and very attentive, kind and helpful staff. I appreciated how all the windows have screens and shutters and how well constructed the accommodations are. The Nespresso coffee machine and mini-fridge were very handy. The beach is the best we've seen anywhere in Greece so far.

The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and when we left we were gifted a small bottle of ouzo. The breakfast is massive and the beach is beautiful. We'll be back!

This accomodation made our trip. Such a beautiful room and what exceptional owners. We were so looked after and we wish could have stayed longer. An amazing and fulfilling breakfast served every day with so many choices. You just complete the sheet each morning and they cook it all up on the spot for you.
The room was beautiful. We had a room that had two seperate bedrooms and two showers. The kids had bunk beds carved into the rocks which they loved. The main bedroom had a second shower in the room which was convenient as we could shower and the toilet was kept free. We could close the door when the kids were asleep and sit on the balcony at night and watch people passing by and listen to music coming from the local taverna.
The beach across the road is also run by the owners of the hotel and would save us front row sunbeds so we could watch our kids in the water and at 6pm they pack all the sun beds up and set up tables on the beach and serve the most beautiful food right on the waters edge and you can watch the sunset.
Nothing I could fault. We loved it so much.

We had an excellent stay. Really friendly and helpful owners. You can't beat the location, its directly opposite the beach, near restaurants etc but quiet at night and has a bus stop right next door. The rooms are really pretty and well decorated. The rooms are kept very clean. Great breakfast. Everything you need is there. The hotel provides beach towels and free sunbeds everyday on the beach opposite, they were very comfortable. We had lunch in the hotels restaurant on the beach and it was delicious. Highly recommend. Thank-you for a great and very relaxing stay!

Everything you need is there: Great accommodation, food, people, beach, and also the option to rent a bike. The diving school is also right next to it. Very central. Perfect place for a relaxed stay. Thanks to Nikos and his family!

Easily one of the best options on Naxos.
Agios Prokopios is in my opinion the best location on the island
this property is right on the beach
they give complimentary tanning chairs and umbrella, so that saves you money
the bus stop is right in front of the residence.
the breakfast is large portions
rooms are large and clean.
they have a car rental right beside that is the same owners
it’s family run.
I would highly recommend !

Our family stayed at Niko’s apartments for one week. The apartment is newly renovated with modern taste but also true to Greek tradition and architecture/design. The location is fantastic right in front of the beach, close to the boutiques, and to the best restaurants and taverns. The family is very cordial, helpful and always available for any help. We had great time with Niko’s so definitely to recommended!

Very convenient location, extremely comfortable beds and fantastic amenities, great breakfast, very hospitable staff and beautifully renovated. I loved that the two bedroom suite had multiple balconies and enough beds for our group. many places in the area have “sofa beds” but this was four legitimate beds. Everything was great. One thing that was a little off was the shower in the main bedroom.
The drain had a smell when wet, so we didn’t use it if people were going to sleep afterward

The hotel is in a great location- the beach is right across the street. They reserve you a free cabana at the beach which is great considering they are roughly €35 per day. Also, the bus stop is right across the street if you are interested going into Naxos town and the staff will guide you on how to use it. Breakfast was included everyday and included tons of options. Staff was always helpful when asking questions! Rooms had a Greek design to them with stone which made the stay even better.
The rooms were great, but are a tight squeeze with luggage. Know that is to be expected, but everything was just as pictured.

Close to beach, shops & restaurants. Beautiful view with good access to rest of island. Right next to bus stop. Nikos also has car & bike hire on site. Very friendly & helpful staff.
Our room was smaller than the description on Booking.com. Expected a double bed as requested but room had twin beds. Slightly outdated decor.

The view from my french doors and balcony was incredible--picture postcard incredible. Dinner on the beach was so romantic and peaceful. Hotel provides a sunbed and umbrella on the beach too, which is wonderful, since the beach is literally across the little street right in front of the hotel. The balcony doors also have a mosquito screen which was a huge help. My room was comfortable and had all amenities, with quite good Wifi, good lighting options, a TV with Netflix and Amazon, a small kitchenette, reasonable storage, a luggage rack, and comfortable bed and pillows. The A/C worked fine and breakfast was included. Hosts even provided a little gift upon departure which was sweet. The family that runs this hotel are clearly experienced, professional and warm hosts.
Bathroom could be a bit more updated, but functioned just fine. Lighting on the stairwell at night would help. Room service options would be nice, and a coffee machine for expresso/cappuccino in the room would be wonderful.

- they dedicate all themselves to let guest relax and have their best time.
- Super friendly and professional - always ready to help whatever you need.
- restaurant has fresh and high quality product (don't miss the dessert of the day 🤤)
- rooms are literally 10 Mt from the Sandy beach (you can relax listening the sound of the sea)
- sunbeds&umbrella included for hotel guests
- beach towel, toothbrush and toothpaste and some other beauty items included.
- fresh eggs and good variety of international and local products offered for breakfast.
We really felt like home and part of the family.

Nice location: right in front of the beach, in front of a bus stop, so it is very convenient to get to central Naxos from there. Guesses can use the beach beds for free. The room is clean and bas everything you need. The breakfast is huge and very generous.
You could hear other people in the hall at night.

everything was perfect: such a friendly family, apartment just across the beach, very spacy and with every detail we felt spoiled: the shampoo and toothbrushes, every day clean towels that smelled like heaven, and most of all : the best breakfast we ever had! Thank you so much (even the cat was making us feel so welcome)!
