Das Hotel ist ein Unikat. Jedes Zimmer ist anders gestaltet und hat seinen eignen Charm. Der Garten ist wunderschön und man hat das Gefühl in einem Märchenhaus zu wohnen. Der Service ist grandios. Jeden Abend bekam ich eine WhatsApp ob alles okay sei und ich noch irgendwas bräuchte. z. B. zusätzliche Decken usw. Es war alles super sauber und und abends ab 10 hört man höchstens mal die Frösche quarken. Alles in allem habe ich meinen Aufenthalt sogar um eine Nacht verlängert.

Our room was on 2nd floor, large with window walls all around with an amazing view on the mountain and the city. Also it had a balcony. spacious, room with natural light. The garden and pound in the back are very nice as well. Staff is incredibly helpful and nice. Nice coffee shop just across the street. Everything here is beautiful : furniture, decor, garden, etc.

Not all rooms are as large and well equipped. The first room we were offered was quite smaller with limited space. It did not look as nice as the ones on the website. But the staff immediately offered us to visit three rooms to choose from. That was very much appreciated.

Lúc đầu mình book vì thấy chỗ này rất nhiều mảng xanh và có cả hồ rất thơ mộng. Khách sạn dễ tìm, nhân viên vui vẻ. Miêu tả giống trên web. Mình có ở thêm vài ngày vì chưa xong công việc. Không khí trong lành và không gian yên tĩnh nữa

Schöner Garten, großes Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Die Beschreibung auf Booking.com stimmt nicht unbedingt mit der Zimmerausstattung überein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne richtige Türe. Durch grosse Lücken in der Glaswand kam die Kälte herein. Aircon hat nicht funktioniert.

wat verder van het centrum, kamers geen airco, een van de twee kamers geen afzuiging in badkamer, de gevraagde tours bleken vol alleen was dat niet gecommuniceerd aan ons waardoor we voor niks vroeg op stonden en canyoning niet konden doen-echt een teleurstelling

Không gian yên tĩnh, khu vườn đẹp, phòng rộng sạch sẽ đủ tiện nghi, nhân viên quá tuyệt vời. Từ lúc xác nhận đặt phòng đến nhận phòng, lưu lại 2 đêm và rời đi vẫn còn hài lòng về các em nhân viên ở đây. Thời tiết khá lạnh khi mình ở, các em luôn hỏi có cần thêm chăn mền không, khi mình cần tham khảo về những địa điểm người dân địa phương hay đến các em tận tình gửi tất cả tên và địa chỉ. Kì nghỉ thêm ý nghĩa khi nhận được sự tận tâm của các em!

The hotel is full of character and has been maintained beautifully. The garden is the primary feature and it is amazing. The staff were always attentive and continually checking that we were being well cared for and enjoying ourselves. The location was picturesque and we found excellent places to eat and visit in the near surrounds. We stayed a few nights, but wished we had more time to enjoy both our beautiful hotel and our new found coffee shop around the corner, The Yellow Chair. (Organic food & divine coffee!)

Have booked the family superior room that comes with a bathtub. View was good, we had a mountain view and garden view. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Went beyond the miles to push food recommendations to us as well as arranging transportation. We are thankful to meet Hoang, Song and Công.

Despite having a bathtub, we were unable to use the facility. 1st night we had no hot water as the heater was not working. 2nd night we had hot water but water pressure was too little. 3rd night we had hot water and water pressure was fine but water was either extreme hot or extreme cold. And when if you have your bath later in the night (about 10+pm), water pressure gets too little like there isn't water in the water tank. Nevertheless, aside from water issue, we are more than satisfied for the rest of our stay.

Breakfast wasn't available and the restaurant across the road, which was recommended, was closed. The hotel kitchen was closed and there was no bar, which actually proved to be a bonus as we ate and drank in local restaurants/cafes.

Maybe get the kitchen up and running. The staff said it was 'broken' and would working 'soon' but the dining areas looked as if they'd been closed for some time. The bed was hard.

Beautiful flowers garden

So far away from the city, not convenient for a solo traveler, at nighttime the place looks sad and empty

The garden/jungle and decoration is simply amazing. Photos can't do much, you need to be here to enjoy this little paradise. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Moreover, comfortable beds and very friendly, helpfully staff. One of the best places to stay!

Maybe a bit far from city center by foot and if hotel would have a breakfast option that would be fantastic.

I like the environment and the staff, the hotel is near the forest so it might not be convenient in terms of food variety and city life but it is very cosy and quiet, beautiful.

If the hotel could provide breakfast, it would be the best 😉

Rooms are clean, helpful and friendly staff.

Not convenient for restaurants. Bathroom have limited top space for my wife’s makeup. We book the room with Jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi not working.

The garden was like a dream. The room were super clean and has a lovely design. I fall in love with the hotel even before I booked my room. The staff was really helpful and friendly.
