Comfortable accommodation directly across from the bus terminal. The room and bathroom were clean and the shower had nice hot water. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Right next to the bus terminal, good for catching the bus to/from Ecuador.

They didn’t accept credit card, despite saying they would.

Very close to the bus station, so good for Las Lajas and onward travel. Great price, very secure.

Strict check in by 1900, bed and room a bit small but given the price that is not a problem.

The hotel is a building site. We got woken up very early. When we called and asked to move rooms, the receptionist put the phone down on us! Message and ask if the building work is still going on before you book.

Next to the bus station, friendly staff and a comfy room. Also appreciated the late check out at 1PM or even 2PM was possible.

No complaints really, the shower was perhaps not as good as I hoped, but was not cold or something.

I liked the location, the room itself, and kindnesses of the crew.

Very good hotel just right next to bus terminal so the location is unbeatable. Clean room with a hot shower. Perfect place to stay if you are crossing to Ecuador or simply visiting Las Lajas Sanctuary.

The only problem was the temperature. Even during the day the room was very cold. However, the blankets were warm enough.

Very nice hotel, placed perfect for a stop overnight for the border crossing. Everything you need, great staff, comfortable and very affordable

-Once you book, you receive a message thar they will only keep your reservation until 7h00pm., why give us the added stress when the hotel is half full. Time of arrival is often outside of our control -Extremelly noisy inside the hotel -Bad neighborhood -Small rooms -Staff was not pleasant

Unfriendly staff/owner, no information at all, we paid for a booking including breakfast but the lady refused to give us breakfast. We were told if we wanted to have breakfast we would need to pay additionally. Given the price for our booking was way higher than for other hotels and we had only booked because it included breakfast it was a huge disappointed. Our bathroom had no lightbulb, we had to ask for it. NO WIFI available and they only would let us know up on check out that it will be available again in the afternoon. Only 1 towel for 2 persons (we were tired of all the discussion by that time so we saved the time to ask for a 2nd). In the morning suddenly a men from the hotel walked into our room without permission or knocking.

Very clean hotel, nice bed with warm blankets, friendly personnel, hot shower, located right next to the bus station, very well secured (front door was always locked).

Sometimes it was a bit noisy (but that's everywhere in Colombia).
