We stayed for 4 nights, 2 adults and 1 teen. The condo was perfect for our needs. Spacious with all the amenities we needed. Beach chairs and cooler was a great addition. The staff at the condo were so friendly and helpful. The pool was quiet and fun and the beach was just a 2 minute walk. We would stay again.

We are so thrilled with our stay here at Oasis 30. Everything was provided. Thr beach is a short walk away and the super food is as well. We loved communicating with the host as it was very easy. The view was amazing from the 5th floor. We plan to be back for a longer period next time!

This is our 6th consecutive trip to Eagle Beach, and our second time staying at Nerio's condo. We had such an awesome experience the first time, we couldn't wait to come back! The unit is immaculate and stocked with everything you could need. We love the proximity to the beach, less than 5 minute walk. The sunsets from the spacious balcony are definitely a highlight. The property is well maintained with constant security. Most days we had the pool to ourselves, very peaceful. Nerio is very quick to respond to any questions and made our arrival very smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo and can not wait till next time!

Very easy check in. NERIO sent all the information we needed; quick registration with the security officer, codes for the condo and gate. Absolutely 5 star property! Extremely clean, plenty of space for myself and my husband. Kitchen has everything that you need plus washer and dryer. The view from the balcony overlooks the pool and ocean as well as the view from the bedroom. Enjoy a romantic dinner on the beach at Passions restaurant is a must! Watch the sunset from your private balcony. You’ll need to get to the beach by at least 7 to grab a tiki hut, you can just leave a chair to save it. Restaurants and Glitz Casino are steps away! Supermarkets are about 5 minutes away. Bus stop is steps away to get to downtown shopping, Palm Beach, restaurants and casinos. This is by far your little piece of paradise.

Our stay was wonderful! The property and condo were clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything that we could have needed. The entire process was easy and communication with Nerio was perfect--a very seamless experience. This made our trip to Aruba very relaxing and laid back. We hope to stay again! Thanks!

Love the property and the location however the unit we stayed in had a few small maintenance items that needed attention/fixed. Such as: Closet door, dishwasher racks. The on-site leasing staff is great to work with as well as the property manager.

We can’t say enough good things about unit 30 at the oasis. The location is great. The facility and grounds are wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The unit was perfect. It is secluded. The view is great. The amenities are thorough. The property mgr responded to questions quickly. Hope to be back again.

My sister and her family stayed with me here for a few days over a weekend. The view is gorgeous. The balcony overlooks the pool with an ocean view. Condo is beautiful and clean with everything one needs. A quick walk to the beach and short 7 minute drive to Palm beach area. We had a great time and would love to come back. I highly recommend this VRBO. The host is lovely as well. Very nice and responsive.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The best part was waking up and sitting out on the patio sipping coffee and looking out over the beautiful blue ocean. The property is kept clean and there is a security guard there 24/7. It is a very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen and the host provided beach towels and beach chairs! This part of Aruba is quiet and there was plenty of room on the beach which my family enjoyed. It is only a short 7 minute drive to the Palm beach area where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!!! Would have rated it perfect 5 accross the board. Only exception was trying to get into the property. The external doir code didn't work. Had to go to security to call property manager, she didn't answer right away. After trying again, she answered. She said they had changed the code. I wasn't really too happy, as we were travel weary and that entire 30 minutes added of drama could have been saved by her properly adjusting check in procedures on VRBO OR a simple text. However, beside that, it was PERFECTLY found, as listed...great property!!!

The location was perfect. The unit had everything they said and although there were a few things that needed attention, the owner made sure it was resolved. Only problem not solved was the master bedroom tv. The property manager was in and out but Annie stepped up

Everything was great. Felt very safe annd comfortable. Availability of detergents, spices etc was an huge bonus. Only a few things that needed fixing. The door access had only one key and the keypad wasn’t working. Also the keypad to the safe was also not working and the key to it was sometimes difficult to manipulate. Beach chairs were a huge bonus as well as the cooler. We would definitely come back. It was amazing.

Condo had everything we needed from extra toilet paper, to beach chairs to dishwashing liquid. We truly did not need to buy anything. The condo was spotless as were the grounds and pool. We had a dedicated parking spot with 24 hour security in gated grounds. The beach was less then a block away, road easy to cross and the beach was spectacular! Easy check in and check out process. Only slight detractors was mattress in master needs to be replaced (lumpy/depressions), coffee table had a broken leg and several of the doors (closet/bathroom) had peeling laminate. These minor issues in no way interfered with out stay. We would book again tomorrow if we could!

Tremendous property and condo! Exactly as described. Parking convenient to room elevators. Quiet property, sometimes you feel like you have it all to yourself. Private balcony was spacious and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Beach chairs being available is a huge help. Very nice water pressure in the showers. Communication with Nerio the property manager was great. Will definitely stay again when we get to return to Aruba.

My family of five had an amazing time during our trip to Aruba. Oasis condo #30 was the perfect place to call home during our vacation! My children loved the cat, Masha, who lives at Oasis. We don’t have a pet, and they felt like they got to have a pet while on vacation! The balcony is huge, and a great place to enjoy the amazing beach view. Eagle Beach is gorgeous, definitely deserving of its rank as one of the world’s best beaches. The water is unbelievably clear, and the sand is fine and white. It’s not as crowded as Palm Beach (where the high rise hotels are), which we enjoyed, and there are several restaurants very close by. We loved the ambiance at Terrazza Italiana (if you’re gluten free, this is a great place to go, as they can make anything on their menu G.F. except for the bread!).
The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but I didn’t find a cookie sheet or measuring cups/spoons. There were lots of spices in the cabinet. There was snorkel gear, beach chairs, pool noodles, beach towels and coolers for our use, which came in handy. I think I even saw a pack n play in the closet. The security guard was very nice and helpful, and we liked staying in a gated complex, where our car was secure and access was limited to others staying there.
The pool was fun and never crowded. There’s a bridge, waterfall and hot tub. The pool is a unique shape and has a large shallow section for little ones.
Will definitely stay again!

My wife and I spent nine nights here on our first trip to Aruba. We really liked the location. It is convenient to anywhere on the island, yet much less congested than the Palm Beach area. The view from the spacious covered balcony can’t be beat, and it is just about a two minute walk to the beach. The unit and the entire property are very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen where we prepared many of our meals. Highly recommended!

We can't say enough good things about this place! It is even nicer in person than the pics. A very short 3 minute walk to the beach. Actually closer than staying at a huge oceanfront resort when you think about it. The view was so awesome! We will definitely go back to Aruba and would love to rent this unit again. Gated condominium was so nice. We rented a car and didn't have to worry about leaving it in an unmanned parking lot.

The condo is large - lots of room to do things. Couch and chairs and lounges and beds were all comfortable. Large walk-in showers. Very clean condo and property. Great view of the pool and beach. No more than 10 minutes walking to several nice dining establishments. Very quiet. Great beach. Major grocery store is an $8. cab ride. 20 minutes from the airport. On-site security arranges for cabs or for any questions, and Property Manager Marie Pilar is readily available. And main floor is guarded by a white kitty. Thanks Nerio. Hope to visit you again.

We had another memorable stay at Oasis. My wife and I are so happy to have found this unit and have Nerio as our host. This trip our son was able to visit for a week of our stay and we got to relive some of our past moments from trips we had taken to Aruba 20 years ago. Again thumbs up to the security staff and ease of check in and departure. On site manager Pilar is always helpful and a great asset to this property. Glad to see Marsh, the cat, still hanging out in the lobby. Hope to visit again soon, Thank you again Nerio.

This property is perfect for a stay in Aruba. Spacious, beautiful, closer to the beach than the pictures show. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and the grocery store. I can't wait to go back!

The property was perfect for us. It was fully equipped including beach chairs and cooler! Fantastic ocean views and close to the beach. Not part of a giant complex so the pool was never crowded! If we go back to Aruba would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and was the perfect location for spending time at Eagle Beach. My family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It had everything we needed- beach towels, chairs, and a cooler.

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment in a very quiet building with a great location on Eagle beach. Could use a few things a new cooler and a small cooler. Perhaps plastic ware for the pool. But overall a wonderful stay I think this 4th stay in two years at this unit. See you in April.
