I arrived early on my check-in and Pat responded quickly to my query and was able to access the unit a few hours early. The process for check-in was simple and the condo was airy, spotless and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with quality plates, cutlery, miscellaneous condiments. The view to the river and mountain trails was bonus. I loved the overhead fans and spaciousness of the deck and quiet from no air conditioner compressor. It was high 80s during my stay, but always comfortable in the unit with the sliders open and quiet overhead fans. Bed was comfortable, as was all of the furniture. Location is central and though I did not use the indoor/outdoor pools, they were clean and well maintained. Thank you for the telaxing stay!

We love staying here when we travel to New Hampshire. It is so nice to be able to walk across the parking lot to Black Mtn Burger or sit on the deck and listen to the river.

The property was very clean and well stocked with supplies. It was a great location to restaurant’s and shops and right at the beginning of the Kanc!

Convenient location to all hikes and outdoor activities! Lincoln is a walk away.

Every year I bring my eldest Son snowboarding, the past couple years have been to Loon. This condo has great views of South Peak, walking distance to 3 restaurants and plenty of sights to see in the area. I always enjoy a walk on the trail, that follows the river, near south peak parking. I also camp in this area in the summer, Pemi River Campground ⛺️

The kids and I loved our stay.

This was a great spot for our fam of 3 for a ski wknd. Loved that it was away from the main road with lovely nature views out the large back slider- the sounds of the P River and view of the mountain were a highlight. Faces south so nice bright sun on the balcony allowed bfast out there even in Feb! The proximity to Loon Mtn was great- what a fantastic ski resort. The unit was very clean and well kept although the condo complex could use some updating. The lighting in the unit could use some improvement (ie: light over the kitchen sink and in foyer were a bit harsh). Bed super comfy, pull out couch perfect for our 8 year old. About 1 mile past Loon Mtn is a wonderful trailhead and ranger station- Lincoln Trail. Runs along both sides of the river. It was a beautiful frosty forest hike. Also, Moon Cafe for treats & One Love for dinner were both great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

It was a great one bedroom condo overlooking the trails of Loon mountain. Very clean and quiet.

This is our 4th trip to The Lodge at Lincoln Station and our second year in this room and it is by far our favorite room! Well stocked, beautiful view! We can’t wait to come back again next year!!

The condo was clean & we liked the layout. Location was very good. The condo had a slight odor of stale cigarettes but, overall a fine stay. Not recommended if you prefer a firm mattress.

Great weekend although very cold one! Gathering with our children and grandchildren at the mountain. Condo was very relaxing. I may see about going back in the summer months.

The condo and larger facility were both great. The condo was comfortable and quite well equipped. The ski locker room wasn't super-convenient (although the locker itself appears to be in private use by the owners). The sauna, pool and hot tub were great. The shuttle service is a real bonus, although guests should be advised to wait for the return trip at the first stop - the Governor Adams Lodge, not the Octagon Lodge. We would absolutely book again.

We had a great time, the kitchen offered us everything we needed to prepare meals and store food. We were close to Loon so we could enjoy our skiing and then relax shortly thereafter. We used the arcade as well as the pool and had fun while doing it. Some limitations include: the TV was a little confusing to navigate and our last night there the hot tub wasn't working. All in all the pros outweighed the cons by a large margin. I would gladly stay there again and would recommend the location to couples and small families.

Lovely condo with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Great place for a couple. Could be cozy for more than 2 but manageable. BUT the BEST part is the gorgeous view of the river and mountain from the living area!!! Nice location to the slopes (with a shuttle, if needed) and easy walking to everything downtown Lincoln. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great, Easy check in. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend this place to anyone. We have stayed at 5 different units at Lincoln Lodge. This one was the best.

Easy access, convenient to Franconia Ridge hiking and everything in Lincoln. Apartment was clean, comfortable, well stocked. Peaceful views out over the woods and river. Sofa bed surprisingly comfortable. A little stuffy on a hot/humid weekend, but ceiling and floor fans helped cool it down.
