Great location with beautiful ocean views

Linen wasn’t included and was an extra $100 to hire! There was a terrible sewerage smell coming from under the sick. The beds were terrible, could feel springs in the single beds!!!

BEDS ARE LIKE SLEEPING ON A PRISON BED. OWNERS REALLY NEED TO REPLACE THE BEDS AND QUILTS. NO WIFI. OTHER THAN THAT IT'S A GOOD UNIT.

The view was fantastic .The location perfect.Across the road to beach and shops..Beautifully renovated and decorated unit.

The lift didnt go from carpark up to the level we were on .You have to walk up couple flights of stairs to get to lift.No thick curtains in front living area for privacy only thin see through ones.

On arrival no linen was in the appartments and dooners were just thrown on beds contacted agent and linen was dropped to us 3hours later for us to make the beds. not really sure if it was even cleaned due to a pungent smell coming from under sink . I asked agents office if an animal had been in here as it smelt like a wet dog. also was double charged for linen then refunded. We had to leave 2 night early due to excessive noise from a jack hammer doing renovations and demolition in one of the rooms above ours.. We were not told of this on arrival. permanent residents told us everyone was notified of the works and to check we get our refund. We were told by the agent we would be reimbursed for the 2 nights we didn’t get to stay. Got a message from them through bookings .com to confirm the dates of 26th April till 28th April 2020. 20 days later still no refund called the office to check upon 2 nights refund to be told only 1 night is being refunded and that they didn’t even need to refund that and asked if I wished to see the terms and conditions. This was extremely rude and very disappointing as we had to pay for other accomodation elsewhere due to the excess noise from the jackhammers.

Central location, great access to the beach, clean and comfortable apartment.
