Good locarion, middle of the centre, close to the train station.

Very moderate room, extremely noisy.

There was no breakfast in the morning, but we booked the room that included breakfast. The shower/bathtub had a weird smell. The bathtub sink was clogged, and I saw water going up instead of washing away. The floor was dirty, everything was not that clean as it should be.

Staff very rude! Booked with option to extend checkout time. Without any notice, charged my card with 2 hours-extension extra, just almost 40 euros, even checking out on time. When asked why, staff got rude and said that I requested for it. Been in plenty of hotels around the world and this is so far the WORST in customer relations! Will definitely nit recommend

The noise from the room next door... The noise every morning in the hallway.. The smell in the bathroom/ definitely due to leak from the bath. Breakfast poor. Coffee not drinkable
