Zimmer nicht fertig, obwohl Einchecken um 13.00 h telef vereinbart war. Boden im Badezimmer schmutzig, Bett nur mit 1 Kopfkissen und 1 Zudecke, obwohl DZ gebucht, sehr kleine Zimmer

Das Haus ist zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Laut Website sollte das Hotel ein Restaurant haben. Dies gab es aber nicht, bzw. es war (dauerhaft) geschlossen.
Frühstück gibt es nur von 7 bis 9 Uhr. An einem Tag waren am Frühstücksbuffet um 8:30 schon keine frischen Brötchen mehr vorhanden.

Perfekte Lage direkt unterhalb des Bahnhofs mit grandioser Sicht über die ganze Stadt. Eckzimmer lichtdurchflutet dank bodenlanger Glastüren auf zwei Seiten mit französischem Balkon. Sehr speziell: Badezimmer hinter Spiegeltür versteckt! Kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt.

Super eingerichtet und angenehm gelegen.
Man konnte das Zimmer aufgrund von Vorhängen nicht richtig verdunkeln. Aber das war geringfügig.

Loved the location, even seen from the train station so super accessible. It was simple, comfortable and affordable.
I didn’t like that the floor was dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned from its previous stay. The door is right next to the bed so you can hear when your neighbours come and go.

I stayed in this hotel on a school trip in 1971. I always wanted to go back and finally did. I was so pleased to find that the hotel is still run by the same family and one of the daughters, who were our age, was on reception when we arrived. We had a nice long chat; thankfully her English is better than my German. Still a lovely hotel and Schwabisch Hall is every bit as good as I remembered. Very handy location to visit nearby places such as Rothenburg and Dinklesbuhl.

The owners and the staff are very nice and very helpful. The hotel location is very convenient. There’s parking behind the hotel and there’s very affordable parking in the garage down the hill.

Great location between the train station and the center of all the pedestrian action in town. Nice, particularly well-maintained building. A convenient and pleasant place to stay.
The bed was a bit droopy for my taste; I prefer more supportive mattresses. Overall, the room is comfortable despite being small. Breakfast didn't start until 8am. Would be good to at least be able to get coffee or tea before that, but otherwise it was fine.

Close to Altstadt. Very friendly front desk girl. Great breakfast with very nice staff lady. Good bed.

It’s close to the city center and easy to find.
Some of the staff was lovely some not so much.
We asked to borrow an iron/iron board and the lady helped us straight away.
There is parking but not that many spots.
During our stay it was full pretty much all the time so we had to park on the street.

Location next to the river. Parking at the hotel was available. Staff were lovely (even when I locked myself out of my room). Clean and tidy. Nice and quiet (with windows closed).
Beds were terrible. Way too soft, almost bent in the middle.
