Room Cleaning Comfortable beds

On the way to Greece, we decided to stay one night in Bulgaria, to make the journey easier to bear. we searched a bit on the net for accommodation options in Stara Zagora and decided on Hotel Elegance. After almost 5 hours of walking, we arrive. when we entered the city, we returned about 20 years ago, the hotel outside looks like from the same period. We mustered up the courage to enter, in the reception we were greeted by a lady who didn't know any word in English. I was afraid to get to the room. however... the surprise... a friendly, big, clean room, with a generous bed, impeccable bedding.... in the end I say... come on, it's ok in the end. I think it was 38 degrees in the room... super hot. My husband turns on the ventilation unit (not the air conditioning) and I wait for it to cool down and I wait and.... I still waited until morning. It was horrible, I didn't close an eye the whole hot night... I do not recommend

No parking facility

The staff was so friendly and professional. The hotel is located in a very quite street in the center of the town. Very convenient location.

The receptinist was very kindlly!

Bathroom cleaning

Nice hotel, very clean, good location. We stayed over night and we will definetely stop here next time.
