lovely resort style accom. the wifi worked everywhere. We chose a room for 6 but it was fabulous to be able to spread out and use the facilities in the apartment. the kitchen was well equipped. the parking was available very close to our apartment. the app provided at check in proved invaluable for local restaurants as well as ides on what to do. the accomm was only a 20 minute walk to St Jean du Luz. the grounds are beautifully maintained, the gardens are gorgeous. we made use of the laundry, which at 5€ seemed reasonable.

we couldn’t get the microwave / oven to work and so had to use the saucepans for everything. I know we could have checked with the staff but we always seemed to cross paths. it strangely took a long time for our clothes dry. we faced northward and didn’t get direct sun onto our verandah, but eventually it did. we needed to open all the doors to get a flow through.

Warm & Friendly welcome. Everything you need for a lovely holiday. Dishwasher was a handy bonus! Nice beds & view with palm trees outside. Easy parking self contained & would have liked to have stayed longer!

the outdoors and the pool is nice, enough for the kids to enjoy,and for the adults when there aren't no kids around, is heated or so I've been told by the reception office so that's a plus, the kitchen is well equiped and the staff is nice , my kid loved it so I guess will go back soon! is not our first experience in the area so judging by what we know it's a pretty decent deal they offer.ohh yeah and only by car, I don't know what to tell you if you go by foot!

After checking in, we noticed that the apartment was very dirty. The sheets of the previous occupants were even still on the foldout bed! Completely unacceptable, especially in times of Covid. However, the reception has limited opening hours and had already closed. Therefore we ended up cleaning the place ourselves. Combined with the bad price/quality in terms of facilities and comfort level, it made for an unpleasant stay… we were counting the days until checkout.

Comfortable apartment. Saint Jean de Luz was much more lively place to visit, shops, restaurants and lovely beach

From the photos I thought we were getting a balcony/terrace. But we were on the top floor with small windows. No outdoor space to eat or relax with a drink. Ciboure was too quiet, lack of restaurants. Very hilly, you need to be fit to walk to town and climb back up the hill

Nice garden and swimming pool Out of town so one needs a car to move around Plenty of smaller beaches to go to, the main ones were just to crowded and difficult to find a parking space

Room advertised for 5 people is tiny and not up to the standard , had to pay extra to move to a bigger one which was fine No cleaning No service

Spacious maisonettes apartment. Great and quiet location - close to the center, to a supermarket and close to Spanish borders. Beautiful coast and mountains around. It is well equipped - dishes, dishwasher, you can borrow games on the reception. The resort was full because of a national holiday, but still enough quite - we did not hear neighbors. The staff is helpful.

The reception could be open for more hours.

The hotel is situated in a good area and peaceful but you need to bring shampoo, toilet paper and extra towels. The room service on request but they charge hefty 13 euro per person which I found it high.
