Room was not at all what was showed in pictures, it was pretty tiny and on the ground floor with basically no natural light with the window facing the restaurant so close that you could literraly see what people were eating. The major issue was also the cold in the room, the heating didn’t work (despite low temperatures outside in 2md half of November) and it was so cold during night that I had to sleep in a jumper.

Staff was really nice and service was really good.

Breakfast was very unhealthy, noise was all over the place (as the walls are thin as paper) and the look & feel is outdated. Although this said price vs. quality was ok to me. Long distance to city center and to metro.

Booked very late 6pm on the day of arrival and price paid was less than a budget hotel but the hotel was significantly better than that

that I had no assistance to move my bags when I arrive and then when I was leaving it was impossible to call the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was very minimalistic, no iron service as written online. Changing towel and bedsheet everyday is not necessary and not really ecological.

The Staff if really nice, the bed is super confy, the location is just amazing.

The breakfast is a bit expensive for what they offered, but it's enough the be fed.
