Great location for town

Very nice and relaxing place. The city centre is just 5 min walk from the hotel. There is a nice terrace and swimming pool to relax and there is a free parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall, the location is charming.

The location is perfect: only a 5 min walk to the centre of town. The pool and lounge area was very nice and the breakfast options were quite good. Staff was friendly and the free parking spots are a big bonus!

The room was not dirty, but when I pulled back the sheet upon checking in there was a significant amount of hair on the blanket. Maybe the hotel allows pets because they looked like dog or cat hair. It was a warm day so we just pulled it off and slept under the sheets which were fine. We also wanted to enjoy some lunch that we brought from the grocery store at the terrace tables outside the trees. The woman at the front desk kindly gave us some cutlery to facilitate this, but then later came out and said we are not supposed to eat there, which begs the question why dining style furniture is out there when the hotel does not have its own restaurant and guests are not allowed to dine there. We were apologetic and she was nice about it but we found it just very odd.

Location and parking

This property has so much potential, just needs a little more TLC, particularly the grounds.

Hotel was very charming. Right when you enter the gates. Beautiful. Hotel has an old school charm and vintage. Breakfast was delicious. Not many choices which is fine because it was excellent.

The only think I didn’t like was the beds. But that’s also personal preference

The location is just perfect, 2 minutes walk from the city center. On top of it, there a super class secured parking. I was so pleased with the staff and the service that I decided to extend my stay. I was offered to try another room. Breakfast was most enjoyable with a wide choice. I shall come back again, this is for sure. Thanks to the Owners and to the Staff. Bernard

The location was perfect for roaming the village and taking great walks. The room was lovely with a terrace and view.

The location is amazing- very close to the shops and bar but feels very peaceful. The building is beautiful. The rooms were very clean and the hosts were very lovely and friendly! We arrived late because of our flight but the hosts made this very easy- the car parking was great. Breakfast was delicious- exactly what you would like! The pool was perfect temperature and very pretty to sit beside. We wish we could have stayed longer and will be back!!

A quiet, traditional family run French hotel in a lovely Provençal building. All of the staff are very warm, friendly & helpful. Excellent room with comfortable bed, great shower & air con. Beautifully maintained swimming pool, gardens & lovely breakfast terrace. 5 minutes walk into centre of town.

Very comfortable, large room. Excellent hoteliers. Very nice pool.

In high season, you have to arrive not too late if you want to be sure to have parking.

Very good service.

The location was good, about 5 min walk to the Old Town. The room was very clean, the bed was small but comfortable. The outdoor area was nice. Rosa on reception was lovely, her restaurant recommendations were spot on. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of it.

There was no fridge in the room, it was very hot while we were there so access to some cold water (tap water was warm) would have been ideal. There was no replacement of the tiny container of shower gel or soap each day, we had one paper cup each to use in the bathroom which was never replaced and we nearly ran out of toilet paper each day, so a few extra supplies of these basic essentials would have been appreciated.

Perfect location to the downtown area. Room was clean. Front staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Location convenient to the town of St. Remy, breakfast food and breakfast service was very good.

unpleasant concierge, demanded that we take a photo of the wifi code and hotel access code for entry after 8pm. Upset that I had taken one of the bath towels out by the pool and then the garden, instead of asking for a pool towel, but we were not informed about this on our arrival. Did not say hello or smile when we returned after being out either day, very different from all our other hotel experience on this trip through France.

Family run hotel with friendly staff. Typical French decor. Large spacious bedroom. Good breakfast which can be eaten on the terrace overlooking the pool. Secure parking for my trike. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the town centre.

Bath with shower attachment only, would prefer a shower cubicle. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room or free bottle of water, both of which I consider essential and were provided in most hotels I stayed in.

Everything. Friendly staff, location and the pool was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast very nice and the Croissants at breakfast was just too good.
