Situation

Too warm and too noisy on the morning because we had to keep the windows open.

The location was good, next to the station.

There was nowhere to put clothes apart from four hangers. The room was noisy at night, all night due to people in the bar nearby. The hotel offered no facilities at all.

Excellent location close to railway and bus stations. Short walk - and several buses - to old town.

The room was tiny and hot. The blankets were heavy and thick, the bed (two separate mattresses) narrow. No reception or staff, the key (one per room!) was given at the hotel round the corner.

The building had obviously been taken over by the immediately adjacent, sleek modern hotel . The front door of "my " hotel was locked and a notice instructed one to book in at the adjacent hotel. The staff there staff were fine and helpful and gave us a key for "our" room. The original hotel was entered from the main street by the provided key, which also doubled up as our room key. The reception area in "our " hotel was not manned , but left open for our use. The location was great , only a short walk from the railway station on one side and a bus station on the other ; the mainn town being easy to access , about a kilometer away.

The room was basically a big room of an old hotel that had a en-suite bathroom/shower built into a side section of it. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and fresh towels were supplied during our stay. But the feeling was one was staying in a "bed sit|" that dated from the 1970s. in a somewhat deserted hotel. There was no internal telephone in the room and no tray supplied for tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was available, at additional cost, in the modern hotel. Personally we did not bother it being just as handy to cross over the road to a shop/cafe in the bus station (2 minutes walk) and buy coffee /snack and have an impromptu "pinic" in our room .

Good location, good breakfast for 12,50 at the hotel beside.

The bathroom door was broken, after a shower the whole bathroom was a lagoon. There is no reception, you need to check in and out at the neighbor hotel. The mattress was suuuuper soft and narrow, not nice at all.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The room is nice and comfortable, with a desk, a wardrobe and a very big bed. The reception desk at Hotel Stadt Lubeck is not staffed (at least, when I arrive) and you need to check-in in the nearby hotel "the niu Rig" (also, this is a place where the breakfast is served). It would be nice to be informed in advance, however, the staff is extremely helpful.

The bathroom is relatively small, yet it is ok for me. The room was rather cold and with heaters full-on got better only in the morning (maybe it was not used recently). There was no additional blanket in the room (I did not ask for it at the reception desk).

Room very small, without black out on the windows. The check in is performed in a hotel nearby , so a bit confusing.

First day of service was horrible. The secund day and 3th the one personal that attended to our minimal needs was great and professional. And bar people where nice. They are the reason we are giving the place 3 and not less

Room.first day service, uneducated personal, no towels, no heat first night. No consistent hot water. Room unclean. Shower was brokken. single Queen bad was 2 beds pushed towards each other.

There was only a transparent curtain on the window, not really comfortable when you are on the first floor, on the level of the bus stops. The shower is not really comfortable. No wifi.
