It is what you more or less expect from Best Western. Nothing outstanding but clean and a good value for money

Location can be an issue if you travel w/o a car. Town center and the harbor is >1 hour walk

Additional fees for parking( the staff told us in the morning that we have to pay for the parking) They Charge 3€ for the parking spot even though it’s on their property. We told them we are not gonna pay just because no one ever told us about it. Also it’s 3€, it’s should be included in the room price.

You have to accept the constant noise from the nearby motorway (A13) if you prefer sleeping with open windows.

I like the rooms , it's very clean and hygienic..love the staff.. my friend has bday, her husband made a cake, but the lady(don't know the name), is so supportive, she arranged plates, knife, cosy sitting area for cake cutting.. Location was nice , around 5-6km away from lübbenau tourist spot (we have cycle, so not an issue for us). Public transport was very bad ☹️...we didn't eat in hotel's restaurant so can't say nythng about it..

I didn't like the check in and check out timings..who does check in at 3 pm.. we reached lübbenau at 10 am and v had to roam with our traveling bags till 3pm.. which is not at all good. and check out is between 6-10 am..why?
