Man ist direkt am HB Kassel.
Man kommt sehrgut zum Kassel Kongress Palais.
Manche Stellen waren schon echt viel eingestaubt, wie z.B. die Ablage über dem Bett, das war net so der Burner.

I arrived mid-evening as it was getting dark. There was some quite rowdy behaviour nearby - nothing threating but enough to make me feel a bit uneasy (but the hotel itself was perfectly secure).

The staff where great and very accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic and I particularly liked the timeless interior of the hotel! Room was very comfortable and clean.
The room interiors were little bleak and functional, but this wasn’t an issue for me.

Location very poor. Barbed wire across window ledge, a large rat running across carpark, strip joint across the road. Very loud party going on in nearby building through the night (kept window open because of the heat).
No kettle in room.

The location was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. Also even though with Documenta, the price was extremely reasonable!
The room was directly facing at another building and it could be problematic if you want 100% privacy but it didn't bother me too much.

Really clean - linen, room by it self, bathroom. Nice personal. Breakfast choice was comparatively small, but tasty.

The Elevator brings comfort, the door key just worked fine. For this Price i can recommend this place fully with friendly staff. I did not try the breakfast, just bought two bottles soda at the reception
There is not much that i did not like but the water was not so cold that i could drink it from the tab. You can not open the windows fully because its prohibited by a letter. no smoking.

Friendly staff, good location close to the Haupbahnhof. Quiet, generally comfortable room.
Shower door was nowhere near watertight, leaving bathroom floor awash with water. Limited toiletries supplied - two tiny bottles of shampoo/shower gel to deal with all needs. Room overpriced for what it was, and considerably more expensive than on previous visits.

Wearing mask was required only by hotel rules but unfortunately hotel is not offering any at the entrance.
