difficult to find staff to order coffee at breakfast (food was a good buffet) plus no self-service coffee, other than that it was great - i would stay again

The wellness area was a real treat. There was a large selection of saunas and relaxation rooms that one could have spent most of the day enjoying. It was truly a highlight of our trip. There was also a nice selection of options for the continental breakfast.

The front office reception area was often quite packed and it took a while to check in and out.

- the food was fantastic - dinner as well as breakfast we really enjoyed! - the spa area is still very beautiful, the resting areas are not huge but clean and comfortable - the saunas are great - nice for a couple getaway that kids under 16 are not allowed in the spa area

- the bathrooms and rooms are getting a little dated - lack of attention to detail (empty planter pots, old shower heads in the spa area, light bulbs that should be replaced, the scent in the resting areas could be better, no magazines, no english menus, no wine/cocktail menu etc)

Staff was friendly and helpful, swimming pool very big and sauna and relax area very comfortable

Was a little cold in the bedroom and no extra blankets in the room, but they were brought up on request.

The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. I requested for hypoallergenic pillows quite late one evening, and the lady at reception said she would check and come back to me. 5 mins later she bought me up 2 pillows, and all with a big friendly smile :) The breakfast was very good, as were the evening meals. I am a pescatarian and was happy to see that the restaurant always had a good quality fish dish on the menu. The evening meal was very good. I have seen some reviews saying the portions are small..but for a 6 course menu with good quality ingredients we were always left satisfied. Hats off to the chef!

The bathroom in the room could do with an update/refresh, The decor is old and the plug holes in the bath tub and sink were quite rusty looking. The tables in the dining area are set quite close to one another, we could hear our dining neighbours conversations at breakfast and dinner.

Great breakfast first day, second day things were missing.

Not much left of the breakfast at 9am Sunday :/ Bread was basically finished. Glasses, cups and teabags were missing. Seems like they were a bit short on staff that day. The staff that were there did great, but just had too much to do.

Room was nice with amazing view! Wellness was clean and we enjoyed it much! Staff was very helpful and friendly.

it’s getting older and it’s beginning to loose its charm. also the breakfast and diner is poor, that wasn’t the case a few years back.

The Spa was exceptional, the pool was long enough to have a decent swim, great choice of Saunas and extremely relaxing beds in the quiet areas

Well organized A double size bed with one side of bed attached to the room wall is honestly not acceptable in this category hotel
