Wir waren mit Fahrrädern unterwegs. Das Hotel bot uns einen excellenten Abstellraum an. Der ganze Ort bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, tolle Busverbindungen, z.b. zur Spindlerbaude. Gute Fenster, tolle Betten, überhaupt alles sehr geschmackvoll. Dazu der sensationelle Blick auf die Elbe!
Gutes Frühstück!
Kleine Schwächen in der Haustechnik: die Dusche funktioniert gut, aber der Duschkopf passt nicht. WLAN könnte besser sein.

Localisation is perfect, very close both to the centre and ski slopes. Good quality breakfast and Czech cousins. Have private parking, which is very handy

Amazing hospitality, we even got offered breakfast on the arrival day by Mr. Jelinek - a great host!. Cosy environment, good location, and great breakfast with attention to detail, nice blueberry cake and even a juice machine - although it seemed to have some trouble most of the time.

beds were not comfortable; the room was hoovered only once during our one week stay, and that’s because I requested it. other staff were a bit distant and sometimes hard to reach/find.

We love this place. Located in the center of town. Close to main trails. People are sooo nice! and funny !!! Breakfast and restaurant - top level, very delicious. Thank You!

the room was on the smaller side and it was a bit awkward to shower in the bath.

Standard hotel-style open buffet, testy and plenty. Always a hot meal, coffee, pie.
Wi-Fi used to loose range quite a lot.
We got glasses in the room but they were not changed or cleaned by the staff and we could have used that since cleaning them in the bathroom sink is far from convenient.

Room was clean and fresh, Receptionist was very helpful, We had an upgrade of our room at no additional cost. Breakfast was wonderful, with Eggs! Restaurant personnel very friendly and food was delicious. Great location, would visit again for sure. Free safe parking right next to the building. 3 min. walk to bus and taxi stand which will take you to the top of the mountains. We received a free pass to use the two major lifts to the top of the mountains. We did not use it but it was a nice addition. Thank you!
We stayed in room 7. The only negative is that the toilet is mounted too close to the corner wall.
Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.
