La posizione è ottima, vicina a Termini e praticamente a due passi dal teatro dell'Opera e dal Viminale, servita sia dalla metro A che dalla metro B perché vicino non solo a Termini ma anche ad altre stazioni della metro. I principali punti di interesse sono comunque raggiungibili a piedi con piacevoli passeggiate.
Il palazzo in cui si trova è molto bello e vicino ci sono tanti bar e ristoranti.
A disposizione in struttura trovi caffè, bevande calde e snack e anche la colazione è valida: viene fornita in una box quindi si può anche portare via se si parte presto o si vuole mangiare dopo.
La nostra stanza era sufficientemente spaziosa, pulita, gli arredi un po' vetusti ma comunque funzionali e dignitosi.
Una menzione speciale a Marco, il ragazzo che ci ha accolto e che gestisce la reception (presente solo qualche ora al mattino): una persona squisita, gentilissima, disponibile e molto precisa. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto!
Nella nostra stanza la doccia aveva un getto un po' debole, specialmente per l'acqua calda. Nulla di grave!

I liked the location. Very close to most historical places. Also high ceilings at lest 4m tall give the feeling like you living an aristocratic life there. Want to specially thank our host Marco. He gave us good recommendations and give us many useful advices.

Lovely boutique hotel close to the station with lovely restaurants and gelato nearby. Very hospitable. Would be happy staying here for a week to explore Rome.

Host was friendly and helpful. Ample breakfast and snacks provided.
Mattresses were to firm for our liking.
We arrived very late at night, but couldn’t enter the apartment as the door entry code system wasn’t working properly.

We liked it because it was a very traditional hotel.
This hotel was just perfect. Perfect location, clean, the owner and staff very helpful and polite. They provided breakfast and they even had a table where you could have snacks and coffee all day!

A perfect stay especially for short trips. We stayed for only one night but we definitely want to go back again. The receptionist is so friendly and pretty knowledgeable, he recommended many sites and restaurants for us, the restaurant we tried was phenomenal. I would definitely go back to this place and get more non touristic recommendations in rome.
That aside, the location, the room and the breakfast were all nice.

close to everything, staff were so helpful. Rafael and Beatrice went above and beyond what you would expect from the staff. Everything that could have gone wrong when we arrived, did. Beatrice especially assisted us by acting as our translator and calling the airport due to an issue with our lost luggage & even after she was off work, she didnt stop helping us until we were able to get our luggage. Rafael and Beatrice are a gem in a dozen & we enjoyed having them us as our hosts.

Due to a ferry mishap we arrived very early in Rome. The staff replied to our early messages and was very welcoming. the room was just lovely and the location was awesome! great icebreaker just around the corner and good restaurants nearby. highly recommended!!

Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Nice touches - water, great coffee, tea, treats, fruit. A short walk to the main train station, walking distance to main attractions. Amazingly thoughtful, attentive and helpful hosts. Beatrice, thank you so much for making our stay wonderful.

Excellent service. Rafaello was incredible, he basically planned our trip for us. The breakfast was very good, and we really liked the location which was very close to most attractions. The room was big and comfortable.
Everything was nice, we would suggest changing the breakfast food every couple of days to have some variety, as we were eating the same things every day. We would also suggest to have a few more pillows available.

great location! very close to the train station, but cozy, safe street. Hotel on the 4th floor of the building. due to the altitude it is very quiet at night. the room was clean. Nice interior of the hotel. The house has an elevator
