location and staff i and wide room with balavoney are the the main thing atract me in this old non clean hotel

an old not renoviert building. full of insect. not clean hous keeping are not giving good job to clean towel dirty.

room was very clean, location is the best in Casa, breakfast was very poor but for the money paid it was ok. WIFI is v poor inside the room

Rude employees , Poor customer service , They also overcharged me and refused to accept credit cards for the second room reservation,they said only cash is welcomed. They also refused to provide me with a valid receipt for my cash payments. They called my room at 3am in the morning waking everybody in the room . Front desk guys overnight and morning shifts are trully not qualified to provide a good customer service to guests. only cold showers available. ,Ac not working ,and maintenance is non existent.Bed bugs everywhere as well . I was a regular client to this hotel for years. Now this will be definitely my last , they truly didn't value my loyalty and provided me and my family with a very poor customer service.They also cheated me in currency exchange as they paid me 750MAD instead of 1000 MAD( currency exchange was that day(1USD=10.2MAD) for $100 bill I handed them,also charged me $50 extra per night per room for a late checkout previously approved by the overnight shift since they pocketed $40 tips from us.. Very bad hotel employees , future guests please be aware ,We would not recommend at all !!!!

The property was located in the main part of the strip of the city , that strip has many areas to explore. the building also has a lounge so you don’t need to travel too far for a good time.

The older gentleman in the evening did not give me the room that I booked for four I bought a single room. He gave me a double when there was availability and do not offer any discounts for the inconvenience. more so, he gave me a hard time because he viewed my signature to be different than the signature than on the receipt and I looked at him crazy like what do you want me to do a sign it again? he made me sign my signature like several times. I was too tired to make a big deal about it at the front desk so I just continue along my way. The Wi-Fi at the hotel sucks because there was no signal when the phone says no signal and the front desk said there’s only signal in the lobby. The standard in all hotels no matter where you go if I have Wi-Fi, so I did not find this very pleasing.

Poor breakfast with low quality food like instant coffee and bad plain water.

The furniture of the room were worn, the fridge door was broken and the low maintenance and poor lighting of the room make you feel depressed!
