It was relatively cheap and in Ashton.

No breakfast provided, though expected in the advertisement, room was stuffy and had a cursory clean, at least the sheets were clean.

The room was very dated with clearly damp issues mostly due to windows not functioning properly. The toilet flush was broken.

rooms could do with some work and replacement of furniture. I was in G10 and the desk was rotted at the bottom looked like it was water damaged. had a funny smell to the room which was rather warm. slim selection for breakfast.

The property was clean and had the facilities required for our stay.

I didn’t like the staff not respecting my privacy whilst I had just got out the shower whilst I was dripping wet with no clothes on at all and clutching on to my towel to at least keep some shred of dignity. Then said that they would be back up and I should wear clothes. The chance would have been a fine thing.

It's a cheap hotel, I wasn't expecting it to be luxurious.

It was noisy in the bedroom, you could hear the people talking in the next room.

this hotel is honestly so underrated. amazing for the price, the reception staff is very accommodating with checkin and checkout as I work night shifts they accommodate me anytime. Thanks to Nabeel for letting me check in 3am last night for free of cost as well. I really appreciate it ps the mattress was amazing

We were welcomed on our visit by Rais who was super kind , helpful and showed us to our room straight away. For the price , the room was great. The hotel is in a nice quiet area and we had a really lovely , chilled and quiet stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a night away in Preston.

Did not stay, on arrival the curtains were closed and the building did not appear open for business, a sign on the front door said reception was closed and there was smashed glass on the door! I looked through this & a man was sitting at a desk, advised building was open however his english was not good & there was a TV mounted in the reception with a camera feed of all the rooms, including what appeared to be bedrooms! I confirmed i had a booking but was feeling too uncomfortable to stay and left, please do not stay there it didnt seem a business at all!!

Mould around the shower cubicle. Shower stopped working 1 minute into using it. Room was extremely outdated . Just didn't feel comfortable.

The room was disgusting and filthy. The bed was hard with ridiculously stained pillows. The shower had scum everywhere. That room hadn't seen a cleaner in over six months.
