The apartment is very large and a great value for money. There is everything needed for a longer stay, including a large closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large TV, a nice terrace. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. A Nespresso machine in the lobby is available free for guests. A cafe, and a large bakery that also sells lots of other food products, are nearby (1 minute walk). Street parking was easy.

The bathroom geometry is a bit tight.

Extremely clean hotel. I felt like I was at home with a fully equipped kitchen and an apartment that was cleaned daily! The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay again if they fix the Wi-Fi problems. The location is a 23-minute walk to the old town Ledras and there are a couple of kiosks around where you can buy drinks. If you are looking for a supermarket, to buy proper groceries, you will need to get a car/taxi. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here!

The Wi-Fi was the only problem, and I had to use my mobile data the whole time. Hopefully, they will put Wi-Fi signal boosters in the rooms, which shouldn't be expensive.

Very good facilities, everything in place, clean, wide apartment. Well furnished and equipped. The first accomodation during many years where the shower works as one should expect - hot water, good pressure, гоод sewerage, no external leakages. The owners are extremely friendly. It was a great pleasure to get acquainted with them and have an exciting talk. They also were very helpful in problems we had.

A little bit far from the center. You have to walk about 20-25 minutes to reach Ledra str. But the walk is very nice, picturesque.

the location was convenient for me as I was looking for a specific area. I did. it like the first room I got and got moved another better one.

Very friendly staff on reception. Was perfect for a work trip. Half an hour walk from the university. Nearby supermarket, bakery and cafe. Will stay again!

The breakfast was served in the room, it was VERY generous. I could eat just 1/3 of it. And the apartment was very spacious.

The furniture is a bit outdated and worn out here and there, should be replaced.

Excellent staff - welcoming, friendly and very accommodating to our needs. parking outside which was convenient and only a short walk to the city centre. A lovely, substantial breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning! Overall it was incredible value for money.
