The view was beautiful. We liked that it had bath robes and slippers.

Not that we didn't like but what would be great is to have the restaurant open in the evenings as well, not just for breakfast.

It was a lovely stay. The property was clean, quiet and elegant. The staff was very friendly. Although the restaurant was closed, we had a generous selection of hot and cold foods to choose from at the breakfast buffet. There is also a bar and a terrace. Nice location with a great view of Bucegi mountains.

The pillows were uncomfortable.

We had Freya room with mountain view and it was very big, bed was very comfy and it was quiet like on no other accommodation. Looks far from the Busteni center but it’s not, just 15 min walk. We really enjoyed the view and all the luxurious details of the room

The view was fantastic seen from the balconies. We also liked the aestethic of the building and the cleanliness.

We didn't appreciate the fact that we were told about a few rules when we arrived that we hadn't known about when we booked. Such as: you're not allowed with any water or foods in the building but yet they don't provide lunch and dinner at their restaurant. The jacuzzi and Spa weren't working (again, not advertised on the website) and the Reception gentleman was very pushy and kept an eye on every single move we made. We found it quite disrespectful for the consumer: it's a lack of respect to stare at me whilst I'm eating my breakfast. I didn't feel relaxed, but like in the army, always watched. Another thing, a 4* hotel MUST have air conditioner. Well, this one doesn't have. So we felt quite disappointed for the prices we paid. We would not be returning.

Fantastic location with fantastic staff! Clean and beautifully designed rooms with breathtaking views of the mountains. Very well located and the staff was very friendly, helpful and sweet. Absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Busteni.

The room and the property were clean. The view of the mountain from the balcony was spectacular. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

The room had a light bulb that wouldn't turn off completly. We asked someone to come fix it. They had to break the ceiling lamp to get to the light bulb. The hot water would get progressively colder the longer you spent in the shower (in taking about a 5-10 minute shower). The curtains wouldn't close all the way so there was a lot of light coming in through the window at 7 a.m. We paid for a landmark view. There was no landmark view.

It has everything you would expect of a 4 star hotel. Clean, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, private parking.

Nothing to dislike actually.
