Puedes sentarte en el porche y ver, escuchar y oler el océano mientras disfrutas tu café por la mañana. Este es nuestro condominio de playa de dos dormitorios con sofá desplegable. La habitación delantera tiene una cama queen size y la habitación trasera con dos camas nuevas. ¡Es genial para una familia! Disfrutamos del tema náutico con el que está decorada nuestra casa. Está a 70 pasos del océano y un corto de 7 calles de Old Orchard Beach Pier. Dormirá seis cómodamente. Suministramos todas las sábanas y toallas. Su es un garaje bajo y se puede utilizar para aparcar un coche y un espacio en frente de otro coche. Tenemos sillas, tablas de boogie y juguetes de playa para nuestros huéspedes a utilizar. Hay una parrilla de gas que se puede sacar y utilizar también. La sala de lavandería con monedas se encuentra en el primer piso y el detergente es suministrado.
Vivimos en una calle sin salida con acceso a la playa. Somos la tercera casa de vuelta del océano. Está lo suficientemente lejos de las multitudes para disfrutar de la arena y el agua y lo suficientemente cerca para caminar al centro y todas las atracciones que Old Orchard Beach tiene para ofrecer.

The condo is clean and perfectly equipped, this is our second year staying here. It’s great for 5 of us. Ocean views from the porch and the sea air coming through the windows. The garage is a great addition to our stay. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

We had a great week at OOB! The unit was incredibly easy to find, clean and enough space for my kids, mother and I. We loved the outdoor space, especially when the cats next door came to visit. Had a couple hiccups, but the owners were incredibly responsive! Couldn’t have been happier with our week. Thanks for everything!

I've been visiting Old Orchard Beach for over 25 years and this property was one of my favorites to stay in! It's the perfect size for a family of 4 or 5. You're only a minute walk from the beach and about a 5-7 minute walk to the pier. I highly recommend renting this condo!

This property continues to deliver on all marks! Convenient location and just a touch off the beach (while still having views of the beach) hearing the ocean at night makes for a wonderful sound to fall asleep to.
It's close walking distance to the center of Old Orchard beach (the Pier) makes it an ideal place to be. Far enough away to not have the noise of the crowd.
The interior has all the amenities you'd expect at home. From the full kitchen, the shower, smart TV. A great place to relax. Weather spending the day, for those occasional rainy days, or just a place to crash at night after a full day's activity, this has everything we needed.
Our hosts were extremely communicative and helpful.
Don't forget to say HI to the neighbor's cats, as they'll surely come over and say hi to you as well.

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. The accommodations and location were key. Walking distance to the pier but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful evening on the porch. Also, was very easy to get ourselves and gear to the beach just a few steps and we were setting up. Will be back.

Great Location for Family
Had a wonderful week stay here. We were steps away from the beach and loved sitting out on our front porch with a partial ocean view. Cottage was perfect for our family of 3. Short doable walk (even with a preschooler) to the center of town for arcades , rides & a quick bite to eat.
House was clean and comfy with everything we needed!
Neighbors were extremely friendly & our young child loved greeting their cats every day! Neighborhood felt very safe and would absolutely recommend and stay here again since it was a great location to everything & all in walking distance!

Old Orchard Beach trip 2021
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was just the right size for our family of 5. Great location far enough away from center of town but close enought to walk. Beach was 50 yards from unit. We liked the fact that the shower was seperate from the bathroom as well. The year round neighbors were great and we enjoyed the visits of the next door neighbors cats Cricketts and Piper.Dan & Tammi were very reponsive to any questions we had. We definately will look into coming back next year.

Ocean breeze, Great neighbors, Awesome beach.
The property is excellent, and the neighbors are friendly. I am a Lieutenant with a Police Department in NYS, and I can tell you this area is safe for you and your family. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beach, this is the place.

Life's a Beach
Dan & Tammy's condo was a great place to spend a week at the beach. When we arrived, my seven year old declared it, "Perfect". The beach is literally a stone's throw away, the outside shower was super handy for getting off the sand, and there were boogie boards, chairs, and other beach stuff free to use in the garage. The condo itself is comfortable, and had everything we needed for our little family to have an enjoyable week. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Vacation
The property was perfect for us, very clean, good size and a great location both for the beach and the boardwalk. Loved it and it's definitely a place I would return to.
Owners were awespme as far as communication - answered questions very promptly. It was a very family-friendly location and a great week was had by all.

Great Location!
We spent a week at Dan & Tammy’s condo. It was clean, comfortable and the location was great. Close enough to the beach to be able to go back and forth in minutes and the pier was just a short walk down the beach. You have to go up 2 flights of stairs but once you get up there you are rewarded with the view! There is a large covered porch where we ate all of our meals and enjoyed coffee every morning. We would definitely stay here again.
