It's a lovely hotel, the staff couldn't do enough for you. Lovely terrace with fabulous views.
It doesn't have a lift which I didn't know.

The art deco style is very attractive, the lounge area was spacious and the sofas were comfortable , the bed was very large and comfy , the breakfast was delicious.

The room was clean, plenty big enough for a couple.
The window was frosted, so no view, I couldn't push the window down to get some air in. My husband managed it.
The breakfast was cold, there were no eggs left when I got there.

love the location, so pretty at the beach and a great escape. lovely rooms which are very comfortable
room was advertised as with a balcony/sea view. unfortunately our room looked into the kitchen extractor which was on constantly and blew its contents directly into our room making it smell like a chip shop. Also, the people dining on the terrace could see directly into our room unless we kept the curtains closed. otherwise it was lovely

The staff were very polite and accommodating. They were also very helpful and sorted any requests I had efficiently with no fuss. The food was decent too and reasonably priced.

we had an upgrade and a fantastic room. possibly as there was a function on (which they emailed us about to pre-warn but did not hear) so room was away from it. As always, staff super helpful and friendly. great breakfast, close to beach and 15 mins to pubs. love it

Staff very helpful.
Hot water to shower and sink was not very hot. Thermostatic radiator valve broken. We had full on radiator and had to leave bedroom door and window open to get a through draft during the night. Balcony soggy under foot as result of poor drainage from flat roof. Room cramped as a result of too much much furniture. Generally rather tired, needs refurbishment. Cannot fault staff or response to our complaint about super heated room and having to leave bedroom door open. They were all brilliant.

Just one thing that we weren't happy with was the staff bringing black rubbish bags right through the restaurant whilst we were eating breakfast. We couldn't believe it!

Breakfast was good , room size ok .
The room was freezing cold and the window did not fit properly .
The radiator was barely warm and we had to wear a jumper in bed ,tried warming room with the hair dryer .

Great location! Rooms are excellent value for money, very clean and comfortable for a night's stay. Lovely bright relaxing areas in the hotel with friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast with a lot of choices.
There was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms, the walls seem very thin!

It was a short walk to the beach to go for a late evening stroll as well as being a short commute to the centre
My only complaint if you can even call it that, would be the height of the TV on the wall. Could have been a bit lower however it wasn't an issue
