The smell in the room coming from bed or mattress

Location just above botanical garden is what I really like about this hotel.

Gym is very small. Would be handy to have in the room iron and iron board. During breakfast, stuff was acting confused, having arguments in front of us and shutting down one coffee machine 10 min before end of breakfast. Late with clearing plates from guests who already left the breakfast. They could use some hospitality training.

Room was small - not enough space to open luggage & cleaning team makes tons of noisy in the morning without any consideration that other guests may still be sleeping

stayed an extra day as the weather was great. used this hotel for over 10 years. wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sainte Maxine.

A safe bet. Nice hotel grounds and amenities.

Fabulous quiet and private location amongst the trees and parkland. lobby and restaurant area was fresh and modern. Rina at the front desk was lovely and helpful.

The rooms were in need of renovating and modernizing to being them up to the standard of the lobby and restaurant. The building exterior really needed a fresh cost of paint and repairs to the signage. The quality of the evening meals in the restaurant were really poor, and the menu seemed to be the same every day!
