Beautiful location. Near metro. Near Camp Nou. Nice and clean apartman.

The location of the apartment was ideal and the bed was comfortable.

Where to begin... The apartment was sad. We did not feel welcome. When we first stepped in, we discovered that some lights were not working because there were no lightbulbs in the lamps. The showerhead was broken so we could not stand under the shower, because the water sprayed everywhere. Clearly the person who cleaned the room must have noticed this?! We sent a message about this to the help email, but the only message I received in return was a reminder to take the trash out after checkout! The online opening of the door might look all tech, but is not practical when wifi is not working. The manual override seemed like a good idea, however not all digits worked. An old-fashioned key was not such a bad thing after all. Luckily wifi restored quickly. The room was also slightly noisy; when a metro came into the station, the whole building seemed to be shaking.

having the key electronically on the phone think is not that practical since all tourists can always forget the cell in the apartment… perhaps a card key like the hotels would be better

The apartment was very spacious. The AC worked very well. It was perfect for a 4 day weekend trip to Barcelona. Walking to the Gothic Quarter took about 20-25 min.

The shower head mount was broken. Had troubles navigating the check-in and then had troubles getting someone to answer the phone number listed. Worked out in the end.

Good location, a well functioning AC, the fridge/freezer-combo was very good. You know, the important stuff. Key-less was very good, freedom from keys!

Not a doublebed; two singles pushed together - those are not the same things. We did find locks on the beds wheels after a few days but it helped very little. Light bulbs missing in bedroom so we took from around the other room. Check-in instructions came a little late for our taste since we like to print them for easy overview and in case of battery-problems.

The keys are digital and our link wasn’t working, we tried calling and messaging them for help but got no answer. we only managed to find out which apartment we were in and get into it because another couple who were having the same issue helped us. Later in the evening we were shocked as another couple walked into our apartment and we found out the apartment had been double booked. This issue was resolved however it made us feel unsafe. The bathroom floor was very slippy - my partner fell over after coming out of the shower. We found two cockroaches during our stay and alerted reception but got no reply. The apartment is decorated very poorly, the radiator in the bedroom wasn’t fixed properly, there was mould on the walls and holes that had been patched up badly everywhere. We were in an outbuilding and the area between our apartment and the rest of the building stunk of marijuana, and every evening there were a group of people who gathered there to smoke and listen to loud music while we were trying to sleep.

Good location, beds are comfortable and kitchen is complete. Also easy self-check in process.

Towels are not changed automatically, but you can ask and then you will receive clean ones. Also, the bathroom could use an update, the shower cabin is leaky. There is some noise of the metro that runs below the building, but it did not disturb us too much.

The property is great located next to the Main Railway Station and 2 lines of Metro. The staff is available on WhatsApp almost 24/7. The apartment looks great like on pictures, it’s huge with 3 separate bedrooms, living room, two baths and kitchen. It’s clean and modern without unnecessary stuff. All communication is via emails, WhatsApp or Booking messaging, they made it very easy for everybody.

The building is next to the school yard and can be noisy if you want to sleep longer, but the isolation is perfect and if you close the windows you won’t hear anything.

The check in was nice - like that you're independent. The apartment looks nice and cozy and for group of friends or bigger family it's really good decision.

It's quite tricky with the parking in the area. But it's just small notice for those who plans to go by car.

When entry to the apartment, the feeling is not really good. It's located @ ground floor and I feel that it is including the yard to separate it into several rooms. The decor and facilities is so-so! Disappointed and noisy with sound of train, ventilator @bathroom as well as the school next.

Mould and damp in bathroom meant the apartment had a terrible smell. Raised with their support team, no reply for nearly a day and then just that they would inform housekeeping. I had to move to a different hotel

There is no one to receive you once arrive there. You need to call them to know how to get your keys. Also apartments on pictures looked bigger than the one I got.

I gave a high score to this apartment because the location is excellent near train station and plenty of shops and coffee places, very spacious apartment, the personal on the phone was pleasant. The beds were comfortable.

The place need it some maintance the kitchen was missing a cabinet door, and there was not soap to wash your hands or shower and the closed to hang your close was in the corridor

Perfect location, close to metro and lots of cafes and restaurants.

Sheets were clean and fresh, but not very soft (scratchy). Slept well though.
