Curățenia foarte precară Mult praf in cameră chiar după ce se face " curățenie " Prosoape foarte vechi,franjurate, pătate, cu miros foarte urat Pânze de păianjen la candelabre Gândaci prin restaurant Putine optiuni la mâncare, foarte modest, nici o legatura cu cele 4 stele ca de altfel tot hotelul Nici un fel de entertainment Conexiune internet atât de proasta ca nu am putut trimite nici emailuri; Sauna incredibil de murdară. Clar nu iti vine sa stai pe acele bancute sau să atingi ceva acolo Sezlongurile murdare,în 3 săptămâni nu am văzut vreodată pe cineva sa le spele. Una peste alta complet dezamăgitor, nu am reveni vreodată și nu am recomanda nimănui. Nici o legatura cu nici un alt hotel de 4* la care am mai stat, dacă aș spune că nu merită mai mult de 2* s- ar putea să fie jignitor pentru unele hoteluri cotate astfel.

Pool could do with a tuc shop or bar for drinks and lunch would do really well, maybe some music

The room was small and not well cleaned. No air conditioner. You had to wait several minutes for warm water. Poor illumination. Bad shower faucet

Good Localisation near the port and the beach. The bus station to the airport is in front of the hotel. Staffs are very good and the swimming pool with roof top is very beautiful avec sea and El Teide view.

The hotel's attitude towards cleanliness was very disappointing. We stayed for 9 nights, but not once was the room cleaned or the linen changed. Only the towels were changed, but they were worn out. The shower gel also had to be requested. The bathroom had greasy surfaces everywhere, the hairdryer was covered in grease, and it was scary to even pick it up. Everything we have. PHOTOGRAPHED. Really very messy hotel, the interior is ancient. The only advantage is the proximity to the sea. Not recommended.

Lovely hotel, excellent friendly staff.

No bar, therefore no atmosphere. Wi-fi in room very poor, need to go to reception for good wi-fi

Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in the rooms , pool was on the roof & there’s nothing around the pool if you need a drink. Bathroom has a tile missing in the ceiling near the shower so you had to be careful of the shower.
