I had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful hotel. The attentive, friendly customer service, delicious food, fantastic views, lovely furnished rooms, pools and spa were all excellent. I also enjoyed swimming in the sea and watching the sunrises and the hotel is well-located for exploring Ibiza. I'd definitely highly recommend this hotel.

das Frühstück im Hotel war vielfältig und ausreichend das Abendessen war sehr gute Qualität und hervorragend die Lage vom Hotel hervorragend, direkt am Wasser. Die Frühstücksterasse ein Traum von Lage wir würden wiederkommen.

The hotel was lovely, great location if you don’t want to be in the Centre, staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel itself was very quiet which we liked. Room was spacious and with a comfy bed.

The location of our room wasn’t great, overlooking the front parking area. If I was to rebook I’d book a see view room with balcony

it’s not 5* Hotel that I expected!! Resort and Spa??? it doesn’t have any faciluty !!!

Everything! Try and visit May and September and this weeks stay was fabulous as always. Start the day with yoga on the beach and a swim, then a long leisurely breakfast on the terrace with the amazing view. The staff are the most welcoming of any hotel I’ve ever visited. From the moment you’re greeted like an old friend on reception, to the ladies who tidy the rooms, the waiting & kitchen staff who remember your coffee order without even having to ask, and the evening bar staff who can give you the local gossip over a last drink before bed, every single person you meet makes you feel totally at home.

Really struggling to find anything to criticise so this is really petty. My only request would be for some proper thick Greek yoghurt at breakfast instead of the pots of set yoghurt. Like I say, very petty but honestly can’t think of anything else!
