Nice bathroom, clean bedding and towels. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Room quite small, beds small and fairly uncomfortable.

The staff is very polite. The breakfast is good.

We booked a studio 2 adults and 1 child - 14 years old. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable and small for him.

Very convenient to city centre and ample car parking. Nice Bulgarian restaurant located just 50m from hotel. Excellent welcoming staff.

Area in which hotel is located bit run down. Decor in room was somewhat jaded. Toilet cistern kept running throughout nite and water going to it had to be shut off to avoid noise.

The breakfast is verry good for a 3 star location

Big room, very clean and lovely decoreated. Parking direct on the other side of the hotel. The breakfast was fresh made but could be better. Attention: only 1 drink included.

The hotel was very clean, the room itself was clean and tidy, breakfast was OK but nothing more, Parking outside the hotel was great and the WiFi within the hotel was excellent

The room was tired and in need of updating, bathroom had an open shower which meant everything got soaked, air con was used to heat the roooms when there is a perfectly good heating system installed in the hotel which could have been activated, air con heating had to be turned off during the night because of the noise. The hotel is quite noisy with foot traffic up and down tiled stairs. The receptionist on our arrival was asked if we could have a double bedded room, instead of saying" I can arrange that for you but it will take a few minutes to sort it out" it was a plain, "No, I have turned the air con on now to heat the room" Bulgarian customer service at it's best.

The room and hotel are clean, and walking distance to the centre of town. The staff working at hotel are friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is terrible, shower next to basin, water runs all over bathroom floor. Heating poor. Bathroom not heated. Beds tiny. Breakfast if served at all is served late well past the time I left hotel at seven in the morning. The tv was tiny. Tiny. My cat jumped it over. Damaged. And I paid 180€ for a very old cheap tv of 20 inch size or less which I felt was far in excess to its value.

In practice, it’s in the city center, very close to the city park.

There is no elevator and window nets (there are a lot of mosquitoes in the city). Overall it is a bit pricy for what you get.

Very spacious room, clean bed linen and towels, air conditioning worked fine, internet was good, no noise.

Impossible to shower without creating a lake in the bathroom, room door was very squeaky, there was a random hole in the wall in our room (picture attached), dust wasn’t properly cleaned from surfaces, carpet didn’t look 100% clean. Staff could have been a bit friendlier. They offer several options for breakfast and you need to choose one. We chose the platter, which I cannot recommend. Don’t rely on having a great breakfast here.
