big thanks to all the staff, receptionists who were extremely patient and provided outstanding help and guidance for my mom who speaks for English neither Italian special appreciation to Luci, who went above and beyond assisting and treated her guests from her heart. if we had a chance we would definitely come to stay again

They went out of their way to accomodate me with a Gluten Free Breakfast. It was excellent

Small rooms.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. We stayed 2 nights since we wanted to see the area. The hotel is very basic, no frills, and the room was small - but that is to be expected for the price. It’s located across the street from the beach and right above McDonald’s. We were there in December so the area wasn’t busy but I could see how this might be an issue during the tourist season. The breakfast was very good and the young woman who worked in the breakfast room was very nice, friendly and helpful. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful. They emailed detailed instructions on how to get there from Rome and also arranged for a shuttle to the airport (which was an additional fee). The hotel was a really good value.

The bedspread needs updating and the bathroom is extremely small. It is a little weird that they hand out the remote controls wrapped in plastic at check in.

I went to this hotel for a night and it was really splendid. Very close to the beach.

Additionnal blanket could be available it would be nice.

Fairly close to bus stops.. ocean view. room was clean and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for better staff, very helpful!

My booking/confirmation to me that I booked a balcony which I however the hotel said and showed me it was optional.

The location and the staff were great. we also loved the balcony and the view of the sea. it was nice to sit on the balcony after a long-haul flight.

The air conditioner was way too loud and unusable. Since it was warm out, it made for a relatively uncomfortable night. We left the balcony door open, but then mosquitoes joined us for our stay and we got pretty bit up.

Room was clean, with a good view of the beachfront. Staff were friendly.

Asked for two rooms close together and received a response saying our request would be met but when we arrived we were put on different floors and told that the response we received was "just a standard response that didn't promise anything." Really bad wi-fi - basically unuseable.

Great location close to shopping restaurants and a great seaside view.. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Room was exceptionally clean.

Great stuff. Reception and the breakfast personnel, all were great. Location close to the airport and the beach. We stayed there waiting for the layover flight. Nice morning run through the boardwalk by the sea is possible.

Room is small, one must be prepare for it. I did not found out until leaving that the window shades outside can be opened inside with a button, which would make the small room a bit more spacious to be inside.
