Bonito lugar, excelente ubicación

Fantastic location in the middle of the activity in Morelia. Very convenient parking at three blocks. Rooms and bathrooms very comfortable.

The paid for breakfast is very poor, There is no buffet but a standard "continental" breakfast is served to you that is well below standards. Do not waste your money and go elsewhere for breakfast.

No hay asensor por el momento, si bien el personal ayuda a subir las maletas, pero como tengo una lesion en la rodilla me resultaba dificil subir la escalera y esto fue incomodo

Todo el personal es súper grosero, no se puede descansar por todo el escándalo y ruido que hacen en el restaurante, aunado a que la puerta del baño de mi habitación la manija estaba como a 10 cm del piso, con un escalón terrible

I loved it

Excelente ubicación porque está en el mero zócalo de la ciudad y aún así no hay ruido en el cuarto. Las camas están muy cómodas, todo está muy limpio, el personal muy servicial y es un plus que queda arriba de restaurante Lu, que tiene muy buena carta. Me quedaría otra vez sin duda.

No tengo nada negativo que decir sobre este lugar. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

I really liked the room and the view it had. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was really helpful and useful with all our questions.

The bathroom was really small, specially the shower. It is really uncomfortable for bigger people to shower there. Also the door didn't close really well so water got everywhere.

Location was awesome! Breakfast was good too!

Just wish I would have booked a room with blacony....nothing bad!!

Excellent food, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

The property had a nice lobby, it was clean and the location was prime.

The rooms were stuffy and although they had a window, the ventilation was limited because the windows were facing a small enclosed terrace. They didn’t have AC but did had two fans per room. The parking was also 3 a away, which wasn’t terrible but it closed at 10pm and we forgot a phone in the car, so we had no access until the next day.

The location was ideal. No buffer breakfast available but excellent to order even if slightly on the expensive side. The hotel offers a safe facility at the reception area which is the best way to store valuables as there I see no safe box in the room. The staff were very informative and efficient in helping to organise tours.

The area outside the hotel was very busy as there were fiestas combined with demonstrations going on. Also a constant stream of buskers and beggars when eating outside so to avoid being pestered it is better to eat in the hotel.

Great location, easy to get around, relaxing, not over crowded.

I booked three rooms, mine was good but the other two couple had rooms with a very tiny window. The room was warm and stuffy.

The location directly across from the cathedral is convenient and provides lots of activities in walking distance. It is a lovely building with a great restaurant - however we suggest you sit inside for a quieter meal. The park across from the hotel was a delightful place to sit with lots of activity, families, entertainers - the best of Mexico.

The noise was over the top - even for Mexico. Luckily the rooms were adequately quiet - ours faced inward to a ventilation shaft so no view but fairly quiet. But outside on the street was bedlam - constant beggars and people playing music terribly (including a man playing a leaf with ear-splitting results) made it one of the less enjoyable places to dine on the street - and I’ve lived happily in Mexico for 4 years. However there were a few fabulous musicians among the hacks. Our rooms were fine despite the view to the ventilation shaft, with large modern bathroom and comfortable beds. The provided fans made the temperature comfortable despite the heat outside.

We ate dinner at their restaurant. I asked for the tampiqueña medium done and my dad asked for his well done... It tasted awful. It felt like I was chewing on plastic. The meat tasted like I was eating it raw. The toilet in the bathroom was too tight.

Nothing not to like…

2 different very noisy rooms at my arrival ; had to give me a third one much smaller…very frustrating and time consuming.

Ask to refresh my coffee and was given a new cup of coffee with a new bill …completely inacceptable ..´
