Excellent facilities with very helpful and friendly staff that made you feel at home, also like to mention your dining areas, the staff just couldn't do enough to make you feel at ease and that you left plenty of space between tables

Lighting in bedroom, we couldn't manage having only one bedside light on without a light coming on somewhere else, may be it was our fault don't know

The summit restaurant had stake a little bit tough . But the onion rings were deplorable all bought in sad that the CHEF WASN'T ABLE to make same

The garden part and surroundings are amazing, the food in Setanta restaurant was very good. We also really liked the swimming pool and thermal suits.

We didn't like that there was no water bottles in the room, the jug was definitely too small for our needs. The swimming pool changing room was very cold and I was with my 10 month old baby and she was shaking from the cold. The worst part was that we came to your hotel for two nights from Friday to Sunday to celebrate my husband birthday and on both nights we didn't get a proper night sleep. On the first night there was a men trying to pee in the corridor and staff went after him, that happened after 1am. The next night was even worse because after 2am a bunch of drunk women thought they are in the nightclub instead of the hotel with other people, singing, shouting and laughing loudly for almost an hour. It was a nightmare. To spend over 700 euro at your hotel for two days you expected a bit more.

It was a bit noisy with a lot of kids running around, not the hotels fault as such as there was a wedding on.

The huge range of places to sit and relax and walk around/grounds in general are beautiful. We liked the Tennis courts and mini golf. The staff all so helpful and friendly The kids club is the best we have seen the kids loved it and gave us time as a couple

Unfortunately like everywhere is going now it felt a little pricey- pina colada and a pint of Guinness was €20 The heat-no aircon so very warm in rooms especially

Poool, spa, gardens are so well kept, breakfast good

There was a leak coming from the toilet, we told reception and someone came to look said they would come but never did. It was very off putting.

A delightful hotel in a beautiful setting. Breakfasting in the dining room was a pleasure and we enjoyed the welcoming, relaxed atmosphere in the Kells Bar.

The rooms could do with a little updating - apparently this is a work in progress. We could not be accommodated for dinner as we had not prebooked, but a light meal in the bar proved enjoyable nonetheless.
