It was an amazing experience, with the hotel being located in the middle of Samara and really close (walking distance) to the beach! The rooms with the garden view were nice and spacious with a king sized bed and a adequately sized bathroom. The pool areas were also amazing with two pools and a beautiful landscape and garden. The balconies overlooked the yard and had a table with chairs to enjoy the atmosphere.

The room and share areas like the pool were clean. They offer pool and beach towel which is convenient for light packers. Also there is a very good Italian restaurant in the first floor were you get 20% off if you are staying in the hotel.

There was no wifi in the room, maybe because our room was at the last end. We had a little problem with the breakfast because they didn’t serve us all the items that they described in the menu.

The man at reception ( name begins with ‘O’). He was funny and friendly. Free parking. Very pretty hotel and comfortable quiet rooms facing a pool Very near the beach and lots is restaurants.

Could do with more towels, and one night one of the family’s rooms had ants…. But not a big deal

Big refreshing pools, a restaurant on site, good location, amazing kind staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom is clean, has a safe and mini fridge which were appreciated.

A bit expensive

The room was covered in large red ants. They did try to move us to another room, but this room was also covered in ants so we had to leave during the night to try and find a hostel. I wouldn’t usually write a bad review but the hotel refused to offer us a refund even for the second night (we were booked in for 2 nights) which is all we were asking for. we have travelled around Costa Rica and know that sometimes you do have to share your room with a few critters here and there, but you cannot expect your guests to sleep in a room where there are more than 30 of them on the beds, luggage, etc and they are still appearing after spraying the room several times. Very disappointing.

We arrived after reception was closed. Security gave us the key to our room. Restaurant stayed open later than usual so we could dine. All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Everything was all good.

A very nice hotel in the centre. The beach is just at the end of the road. Good mood around. Tradinional breakfast if you prefer. Parking lot for the car just in the front of the hotel.

The rooms were clean, had a balcony to watch what was going on, on the street outside which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was not the biggest but was very clean and kept us cool in the warm sun and there were several lounge chairs. The breakfast choices were adequate and the food was good.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

This is a fabulous oasis hidden away off the main street in Samara. the accommodation was spotless and our room was cleaned every day. the pools and gardens were beautiful and the staff were always welcoming and super friendly. a great little treasure.
