There was not one bad thing about this accommodation. The staff was exceptionally thoughtful and friendly. The food was delicious with various options to choose from. Hotel facilities were excellent - especially the wellness centre - and everything was clean and modern. The location was also great, with many ski resorts close by and accessible by a ski bus, which stops in front of the hotel. Cannot recommend this enough.

Hello, I am writing to you regarding my recent stay at Weissenstein hotel in St. Michael im Lungau that I booked via Booking.com for the period March 10th-12th. At the checkout, the hotel staff gave us an invoice that was higher than the price that we have seen on your website and that we received as a booking confirmation (see below). The hotel staff added a cleaning fee of 80 eur. We were surprised to see that as the price quoted in your confirmation email says "including all taxes and charges" and there is no mention of such extra fee. The hotel staff said they would not charge the fee for now, but would complain to you. We believe that if the prices mentioned states "including all taxes and charges" and there is no mention of a possibility of a cleaning fee being charged, there should be no such surprises at the checkout. We spent in that hotel just one night, while travelling back to Germany. Nice location with a great view. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It was a little irritating to have the toilet separated from the bathroom, however they were both in great condition and super clean, so for a night not really an issue.

Rooms were very clean, stuff was very kind and helpfull.
